Got these as a Christmas present from my mom and they go everywhere with me. I can hear my breathing, heartbeat, and my walking, and at times when I’m overwhelmed this sometimes makes it worse. However, I have found that it also gives me something to focus on: counting my heartbeat or breath as a way to keep calm. The second, less important thing is the carying case. It’s small and sometimes I have to adjust the plugs to get them to fit in properly. Also, the case has a small loop on it that I connect to the carabiner on my earbuds, but if I didn’t alredy have this carabiner, it would be a bit difficult to keep up with.My overall review is that I enjoy wearing them in places with loud sounds, but if you want to block out smaller sounds like electricity, these might not be what you are looking for.

I can't believe these are less than $50! I've struggled with sensory processing disorder my whole life, yet grew up in a family of musicians and am constantly attending concerts. Before using Loop, I would dread the sensory exhaustion and the conflict of wanting to hear the live music I love so much yet leaving my senses overwhelmed the entire time. After using Loop for a few live concerts, even front row for some of them, and wearing them around Chicago/noisy train commutes, I'm still blown away by how precisely Loop can tone down the precise frequencies that trigger my SPD yet amplify voices and important noises that I still need to pay attention to. FWIW, I almost never give product reviews. Loop experience pros are definitely worth my time to give them a review. ... MoreI can't believe these are less than $50! Please consider buying these for any of the reasons people have bought them for in the other reviews, and especially if you struggle with SPD or sensory issues. For those who do not personally need them, Loop makes such a fantastic gift to a friend or family member who could have their everyday experiences enriched with these! My one gripe with these: the carrying case is just a little too small for the Loops to sit in. A year ago I received the original Loop Experience and lost them because the case would sometimes pop open no matter how carefully I tried to pack the Loops inside. But I love the product so much I went back and ordered the pros. If you plan to carry your Loops around pretty frequently, find a slightly larger case or container to keep them in. I got myself a small jewelry case to keep the pros in and that case does a far better job at securely holding the Loops in. Whatever substitute case you decide to put your Loops in, please test its protection by giving them a very good shake!

I've been able to stay and study longer in these settings, where I'd usually leave after an hour.I personally don't like bulky noise cancelling headphones and don't listen to music while studying so these have been great. I've had people mistake the silver loops for jewellery before, which is also something I really like. Depending on the noise level of where I'm studying, it's nice to be able to choose to block out more background noise or less.I definitely notice a difference when studying with these. I'm able to get into the zone in loud settings and often don't notice how long I've been focused for until I take them out and hear the world in full volume again.I've worn them out partying before too, and I'll never party without earplugs again. I could still hear conversation and my ears weren't ringing at the end of the night. That alone made them worth it.

I think I bought the wrong ones, these ones are slightly too strong, maybe I should’ve gotten the engage plugs. I still like these though. The plastic is hard, which I wasn’t expecting. I got the quiets first and they are amazing, and soft and comfortable. I haven’t worn these experience long term yet, hopefully they’ll work for what I need which is mainly work reduction of noise and stress. I seem to have some level of misophonia and the AC or any other weird noise drives me up the wall, whilst all my colleagues are fine. I hear it all and it distracts me. I’m quite productive as is, but I’d love to be next level productive, and that’s why I got these. I still need to be able to hear my colleagues though. I tried them today whilst my bro was vacuuming and my dad spoke with me and it mostly worked. He’s a very loud person though, and two of my main colleagues are quite soft spoken. I’ll likely have to pop one out every time they try and engage with me (ironic… Now I get it).The quiet are more comfortable in the ear due to their softness; I am a huge fan of the quiets! Used them on the ferry when I was stuck in the pet room and all the cars wouldn’t stop honking. Used them when the giant doors opened below deck which is also insanely loud, used them on a trip where my friends were drinking late into the night and I was sleeping like a baby and so refreshed and ready to snowboard the next day! If you need something for nighttime and daytime, the plus mutes likely won’t help for night as these experience are plastic and a bit uncomfortable. I’ve heard the engage plus are the same; plastic. The quiet are silicone and do t hurt at all. You may need two pairs like me if you need a set to help you sleep.I am a huge fan of Loop. Wish me luck with these for work once I return in a few weeks 🤞

Motorcycling NECESSITY

LOVE THESE! I lost my first pair so I ordered and received my second set. I hate riding my motorcycle without them, regardless of the helmet. Helps reduce wind noise a TON and also allows me to hear my music/phone calls clearly through my BT unit. I also wear these WHEREVER there is loud noise ie. in the car with the windows down, loud venues, etc...and I can focus and hear conversations better in those situations. Also helps me to tune out excessive noise in grocery stores so I can focus on what I need to get (ADHD increases head noise for me so a lot of sounds can get really distracting). GREAT for airplanes, as I travel for work every week and I always make sure to pack them. The only downside to the Experience Plus earplugs is that even with the Loop Mute ... MoreLOVE THESE! I always have to make sure I either read their lips too or take them out of my ears. If you're looking for something to reduce noise yet still hear conversations in quieter settings better, then perhaps the Loop Engage may be a better option (though I have not tried them myself).CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT THEM! I wish they weren't so expensive but these fit best under my helmet without having to worry about them falling out when I put on or take off the helmet.

Let me start by saying, I'm not a parent, but I have horrible sensory issues when it comes to noise. I cannot stand the slightest of noises; the vents, the typing of keys, the scratching of pencil against paper. All of these have been an issue. I physically could not bring myself to events, or gatherings of any kind, without being overstimulated and tired, during and after the events. I've tried regular construction earplugs, but they hurt my ears after. Over-the-ear headphones are nice, but can be uncomfortable after a while, and aren't very discreet/practical. Also, with over-the-ear headphones, you usually can't hear anything, and you feel really 'out-of-it'.I saw these on YouTube, at first, though my interest wasn't piqued. It wasn't after a friend recommended them to me, that I decided to get a pair. They were *incredible* did not hurt my ears one bit, no matter how long I kept them in. It took a while to find the tips that were right for me, but they were totally worth it. I am most definitely interested in buying a second pair.My only critiques were that they are incredibly small/easy to lose. Another thing is, whenever you're eating, it's incredibly uncomfortable to have them on as all the chewing/swallowing is magnified. This is obviously unavoidable, but it's a little disappointing that I can't wear these at a restaurant.Otherwise, I really love them, and they are perfect for almost any event.

SAVED ME AT COACHELLA
11 May 2023

Originally bought them since recently everybody has been preaching to get earplugs if you are going to concerts or festivals so I was like yeah whatever, I guess I'll try and prevent my hearing loss even further(I already can't hear low tones that well).HOWEVER they ended up saving me at coachella. As mentioned I already have a bit of hearing loss, but I also have a hearing sensitivity that I am getting use to. Sometimes really loud noises and large groups of people can trigger me to have an anxiety attack. It was my first time at a music festival, coachella is LOUD and there are tons of people. I spent most of day 1 crying because of how bad my anxiety was, I finally decided to pop them in like at 5pm; ended up popping them in everyday for the remained of the weekend. I cried from the relief and comfort they gave me. I jumped around like crazy during the rae sremmurd set, ran around to find my friends going from set to set and they never felt like they were going to fall off. They blocked out the white noise and I could even hear my friends clearly in loud crowds(do keep in mind though you are going to think you are talking loud, but your not you have the loops in buddy speak up LOL). My ears didn't ache at the end of the day either and I wore them for 9+ hours and I didn't get a single headache from the very loud music which my friends were suffering from ): I will mention though they do take some time to get use to. My brain knew it was at Coachella, but my mind was like woah this sounds like I am listening to music through my AirPods. It was a funny experience. If I am being honest, I thought they were going to be a waste of money and was highly considering returning them after coachella, but I decided to try them out and these bad boys are my 4lifers now, they're going with my later this month to two concerts I am going to back to back.Lastly, I do have small ears so I changed to the XS to accommodate since I knew the regular size was going to bug my ears after a while(I know this because I can't wear my AirPods for too long and I have the S tip in).

Very Niche Use

Not a do it all ear plug but nice enough. Great for high noice levels such as a concert. Music is still clear but you know your protecting your hearing. I thought I would like the foam ear tips but ended up using the silicone. I’m used to ear plugs going deeper into the canal so getting a seal with these is different than something that fits inside the inner ear. The noise reduction is okay for sleep but keeps falling out in the night. They reduce too much noise for a conversation and not enough for all noises while sleeping. My opinion there best case is for wanting to hear but keep extreme noise out.Biggest issue is the case. I attached the case to my keys so I would always have loops with me. I just today I sat down and notice the case is open and the loops are ... MoreNot a do it all ear plug but nice enough. Great for high noice levels such as a concert. Music is still clear but you know your protecting your hearing. I thought I would like the foam ear tips but ended up using the silicone. I just today I sat down and notice the case is open and the loops are gone. They made no sound hitting the ground. I’m really sad that I pretty much immediately lost them after only a couple weeks. I will not be reordering mostly because the cost is high and the best use case is so niche. If your going to buy loops I recommend going over to amazon and ordering a threaded pill case for the loops to ensure you don’t accidentally loose them. I always regret not spending a few extra bucks to protect my investments with things like cases ect.I picked silver and wish I had went for a fun color.

Work Perfectly
11 July 2023

I went to a rock concert about a month ago (without earplugs), and for the following week I couldn't really hear out of one of my ears. It was very painful. But I saw the same artist again this week using my Loop Earplugs, and I left with absolutely no ringing in my ears! They work extremely well, especially because they include the small ring you can place inside them for increased ear protection. They don't prevent any sound from coming through, they just lower the amount that's getting into your ears. Impressively, the sound doesn't feel dampened at all, but they definitely make a difference! I actually feel like I could hear the music better without the extra noise. My only problem with the earplugs is that they're a bit difficult to put in, and I couldn't tell ... MoreI went to a rock concert about a month ago (without earplugs), and for the following week I couldn't really hear out of one of my ears. However, they worked even if I wasn't wearing them right, which is good to know. I also had to change the earplug size a couple of times to get the right fit, but the box comes with many different sizes so they're sure to fit most people.Overall I highly suggest these for anyone who needs ear protection. They aren't going to give as much protection as professional earplugs, of course, but they work very well for concerts and such.

great for concerts, movie theaters, and planes!

bought these to wear for a concert and they worked really well! I used them at an outdoor venue and I was not very close to the stage so I used them without the mutes. I’ve never really used earplugs before but you stop noticing them after a few minutes and it actually made the concert more enjoyable because I could hear the music really well but it wasn’t deafening. and I could still hear the people around me reasonably well. my ears weren’t ringing after which was a good sign but my brother did not wear any ear protection and his did ring. I plan on using them at another upcoming concert where I’ll be in pit and I will be putting the mutes in since I’ll be much closer to the stage. i am not worried about them falling out at all, the default ear tip fit me really ... Morebought these to wear for a concert and they worked really well! I also used them at the movie theaters and it was awesome, could hear the movie just fine and made it harder to get distracted by the audience. also wore them on the plane, I was worried they would make my ears hurt with the pressure change but I just chewed gum and yawned like normal and it was fine. made the plane noise and a fussy baby way more bearable. I suggest buying a “keychain pill holder” on amazon to keep them in and add to your keys so you have them whenever you need them! (the plastic case that comes with it doesn’t seem secure enough to me). overall really like these so far and would highly recommend them!
