The ear tips are comfortable & I like that you can choose the size you need. Would like if there was more color variety and/or if we could choose our colors, but you don't really see them when wearing your loops anyway.

I am glad to finally switch out my ear tips. I was glad to add the clear ones to my Engage Loops to make them more discreet. These ones feel a bit tighter to attach to the Loops themselves, but I see this as a good sign because they won't just pop off (not that this has happened to me). I had initially bought the wrong size and Support was helpful in getting those switched out for me!

I was one of the many waiting for a while for ear tips to come back in stock and I jumped on them the near second they were listed. While I have a pair of Engage 2s, I also got these as a potential replacement for my Switches and my Engage v1s. The ear tips fit snuggly on the first version of the Engage but they are a bit hard to put on, same goes for the Switch. But I am not too worried about it, once its on I don't plan to take it off unless it is for a replacement or cleaning anyway.
Love my loops and the comfy tips
When I purchased my Loops (2 pairs), they did not come with XS. I don’t understand why you can’t just select your size when you purchase. I don’t need any of the tips my earplugs came with and I don’t need to buy a set of 4 to get the right size. Overall, not happy with how overpriced and wasteful this is. Customer service is also terrible.

I like my loops but the XS are still too big. Was really hoping for XXS and was disappointed they stopped being sold
