Arrived on time as stated and price is good though I'm not convinced they need to open cartons to scan one every time! one would assume you keep the bar code on file saving the need to open cartons unnecessarily making them look like a return! which is what they say they have to do! they say they don't sell cartons! so need individual bar codes!! again keep it on file and I doubt people are ordering single packs delivery cost would be mad! so not a really believable excuse! I would purchase again as two cartons were sealed its just a shame they work in this strange way! if not for shipping opened carton I would have given 5 starPurchased Colombia luverly flavour and aroma

A good brew

Of the box I had, I was able to drink two cups before my wife and kids took care of the rest. I looked forward to drinking it once I responded to the promotion. The marketing is slick, and made me think the brand of coffee would be different somehow. However, it is very similar to other 8 intensity roasts from other brands. I'm a long-time coffee drinker and appreciate variances in roasts and origins, but I'm not sure I could differentiate this 8 from other brands. Therefore, it comes down to price, and if this brand is price-competitive in the market, I'll consider buying again.

The flavor of this espresso is Deep and almost Chocolatey, sharp and full bodied, with a creamy mouthfeel and a touch of smokiness. It fits well in the original Nespresso line and works well as both a espresso shot of as an Americano. The flavor is bold without any issue of grounds getting into the cup or the water having a difficult time processing through. Perfect with just the slightest touch of creamer or milk. Very aromatic and fragrant. Will become a go to in my coffee rotation. The packaging is very sophisticated and the capsules look great in my Nespresso capsule holder. There is a fair amount of froth which is true of any capsule through the Nespresso machine. Strong flavor, perfect for waking up to. Great Flavor

Oh this was a great choice. I really enjoy the rich tasting flavor of this espresso. It's become my favorite. I don't think I have to keep with the decaf blends as the regular blends are quite good and don't give me any problems. I'm learning that this coffee needs to be drunk slowly so you get the enjoyment of the flavor. I'm using Cool Whip in place of the milk, although, I plan to start using the Frother with milk so I can experience that enhancement. This blend didn't produce any acid in my stomach so that's why I gave acidity a 2. Actually, I think even 1 for the same reason.

L'Or Espresso Coffee thoughts

Rating: Kudos!I am a fan of 'high-end' coffee and brewing. While there are a few other ways to brew coffee "better", they generally take more time and effort (perhaps some will consider it worth it). I found common ground (see what I did there?) between great tasting coffee and the ease and convenience of making my coffee each morning. The L'Or system does the work and I get my coffee hot, fresh, and great tasting. Papau New Guinea Espresso is one of my favorites. I typically lean on lighter roasts (I don't prefer darker roasts except on special occasions) and this flavor is right on the border of being light enough. I could enrich you by sharing my experience but to sum up, it's good.

My favorite espresso...

This assortment and variety of espresso is a must!!! I love the different intensity of flavors depending of the mood of the moment.I like Onyx 12 or Ristretto 11 in the morning, it's strong and give me energy to start my day.I share a milder one or (a Free Chocolate one) with my husband in the afternoon and we enjoy making it for the pleasant smell this coffee gives us, up until we degust our coffee to the final drop.This is each time a pleasureful moment in our lives.I trully recommend this brand and want to add ...you can't beat the great deals...very affordable. Perfect espresso

This is my favorite espresso! I love the flavor of it and the small shot of energy it gives. I paired this espresso with Milano cookies and a sweet scone and it was delicious. I really liked the Intensity of the espresso. It meet your caffeine needs. I really was impressed with the packaging- the design and packaging looks very professional and high class. Smooth and strong

I love a good espresso drink with some foamed milk and a little squeeze of chocolate syrup. These L'or espresso pods paired with the L'or Barista system makes great espresso drinks and impresses my guests too! This particular blend is strong, maybe too strong for my taste on its own as a shot of espresso, but in an espresso drink, an extra splash of milk tempers it. . You certainly know you're drinking espresso when you make this. It's smooth and full of flavor. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

I am a longtime and serious coffee drinker & would give 4.5 stars to L'Or if I could. Nespresso brand pods have been my mainstay for at least 10 years. Though I still buy some Nespresso brand Columbia, for the past year or so, most days I drink L'Or instead. I should say that when I use a product (two L'Or pods every morning!) or service repeatedly, every day, I am careful about my long term, cumulative spending (I can highlight the importance of such an approach by suggesting you add up the annual cost of one every day Starbuck's on the way to work!).
