I have bought a L’OR coffee machine and it’s brilliant, makes two cups of coffee at once. The pods come in two sizes, the normal size and a pod which is double the size for two cups. The flavours are very distinct and more than comparable to Nespresso in strength and price. Absolutely thrilled with L’OR.

Purchased for a friend. They fit perfectly in a Dolce Gusto machine. Reminded me of being on holiday in Italy and watching people grab an Espresso for a mid morning break. Strong taste and aroma with a smooth feel. Not bitter as some coffees can taste. Not usually a fan of espresso but this was very nice.

Cup winners

Great product, great price - you need to buy a lot for free delivery but it's a product that doesn't spoil and has probably cut my annual coffee spend by 40-50 per cent -and with the price of coffee being as high as it is, that saving is considerable - 100s of pounds in fact. Highly recommended.

Excellent taste

In the mornings I need my caffeine hit! I like it strong black and short. Later I will have a frothy coffee! These pods work well for both! It'Äôs a smooth tasting coffee, strong, but not overly so and no bitterness, so great when black! It makes a cracking cappuccino.

Great coffee, easy order process, recommended

Great Coffee. I bought my first L'Or coffee capsules when they offered free machine, and have stuck to it since. Used to have Dolce Gusto but I much prefer the L'Or coffee. Great prices purchasing in bulk online too. Simple order process. I also like the fact they send you recycling bags to send back the empty pods so good for planet too!

My new favourite coffee

Absolutely love these pods. Great flavour, tight cream layer on top, deep tasting notes. Perfect for a ristretto 25ml or an espresso 40ml. Works great in my L'ÄôOr coffee machine as well as my job'Äôs Nespresso machine.

My recent purchase of L'or ristretto pods offered amazing value buying them in bulk. they are ideal for my L'or coffee machine and brew a perfect cup of coffee every time.They came quickly and were packaged well with the addition of special carrier bags for recycling the aluminium pods correctly.Very pleased with my purchase.

Really good strong coffee without being bitter

We used to buy Nespresso Arpeggio for daily coffee but have now switched to these instead. Better price and better taste. Capsules work perfectly in the Nespresso machine and are fully recyclable - note you can order Podback recycling bags on Ocado too! 5 stars!

Strong and aromatic

I've been using L'Or capsules for a while now and you can't really go wrong with these. Nice and strong coffee with great aroma. Ristretto is quite strong definitely more so than other capsules I tried and has a bit bitter taste to it but still very much enjoyable. Works especially well on a busy morning to wake you up with a kick. Will be going back for more.

not that compatible?

Usually get nespresso pods delivered but ran out so thought Id try these, the coffee itself is good but every second or third pod doesnt fit properly in my machine and gets sort of chewed up?! Never had this problem in nearly 8 years of using nespresso pods so Im sure its not my machine. So wont buy again.
