These are my fave tees for working out, I have 3 colours. They are light and dont hold you back during cardio. They are a little see through, but the dark colours aren't as bad as the lighter ones.

Great Tshirt. Nice and thin to wear to the gym or doing a workout. Only negative thing is that after a few months of wear it is subject to pilling even though I have followed washing instructions exactly.
