I love lotus spread. I've always loved the biscuits since getting them in cafes with a coffee and the spread it just as nice. We probably go through a jar every 2 weeks in our house but it's worth it. My little boy will have it on pancakes, crumpets, bagels or homemade banana waffles for breakfast and me and his Dad always put a spoonful in our porridge in a morning. I know it sounds weird but honestly it's delicious. The lotus spread melts from the heat of the porridge and it's so so good. I've also used it melted over popcorn and it's equally as delicious.

Love This Cookie Spread!

I love this cookie butter in my coffee! tried Dutch Bros Cookie Butter coffee and loved it! I searched online for a recipe and found it. The recipe says to microwave this to melt and add an espresso shot. I don't have an espresso machine, but I have a Keurig with milk frother. I added about 1-1/2 TB in my mug and chose 8oz coffee. The cookie butter melts with the coffee. Added a splash a vanilla extract to milk and frothed. Delicious! It tastes similar to the Dutch Bros coffee which is a seasonal coffee available in Fall. I can now have this year round.Highly recommend right from the jar! It tastes just like Biscoff cookie.

This is one of the best inventions humanity has created. It’s not overly sweet, and it has the taste of perfection. I just eat it by the spoonful. It’s safe and delicious for children and babies…… I let my own little ones eat this and they lovvveeee it too! The jar usually doesn’t last longer than a day … The Walmart cookie butter is just as good. I recommend alternating bites of both … :)
