Always have issue when comes to purchase groceries shopping via Lazada. Super dislike their \"exchange\" policy, damage goods cannot be exchange but only refund. Plus, cannot partial fund must return everything purchased. Not able to send my missing gift.\n\nFood and non-food items packed together.\n\nBulky items packed with fragile food and got squashed. Plenty of space in the box, should have packed the biscuits in another small box for protection. Missing free gift and leakage in the floor cleaner

Items received with thanks.\nArrived within the stated date and timing.\nCereals, oat crunch biscuits and sauces came in well. \nA couple of lotus biscuits came a little crushed at the ends and had black marks on the packaging. Planned to give them away as gifts. Anyway, i tried wiping with wet tissues and the black marks were removed. So yeah... \n*Do work on your packaging of fragile items. Maybe do 1 round of bubble wrap. Just a suggestion. This little act goes a long way. \n\nMoving forward, i would rate my overall experience at redmart as 8/10. Received an additional kit kat and had contacted redmart helpline. Prompt resolution and much appreciated.

A very nice biscuit

The Lotus Biscoff on its own is a very nice biscuit. I'm not sure what the addition of the chocolate filling really brings to the party. There is nothing wrong with it as such and adds a little moisture, but there isn't a great deal of chocolate flavour from it. I prefer the original, but wouldn't turn down one of these if offered. I'm reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. The opinion is my own.

Absolutely delicious

I've never been a big fan of the little biscoff coffee biscuits you get with coffee in Europe sometimes, I've always found the flavour nice but the biscuits just a little dry and underwhelming. These are a different story however, they literally melt in your mouth. Ridiculously bad for you being both high fat and high sugar but if you can manage to stick to one or two rather than demolishing the whole pack like I did then they're definitely to be recommended!

Cookie scam

You can purchase 2 fresh packs that say 2x on the pack for $3.97 ea. That is 22 cookies. I ordered 2 of the $3.97 fresh packs and one of these orders from this seller because I was under the impression that I would be getting 15x packs and not 15x cookies. So imagine my surprise that I received 15 cookies for $10 when I also paid $7.94 for 44 cookies from Walmart directly in the same order. The seller must know that these items cannot be returned and is willing to mislead people because of this.

Dangerously moreish.

I?m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. These are absolutely delicious? like a crunch cream but better. If you like Biscoff it?s probably best you never buy these as you?ll turn into an insatiable biscuit-obsessed monster. Not even sickly, could probably eat a pack in one sitting. The only downside is the price vs the fact there?s not many biscuits in a pack as they?re so thick.

Weakest of the bunch

I tried the biscoff cream centre version (good) and the vanilla cream centre version (insanely good) but these were... just ok/not great. Not sure what was lacking but the chocolate cream was just a bit nothingy and washed out and didn't add any real flavour or richness. Disappointing and wouldn't buy again. The vanilla cream version though... oh yes!
