This is a great mat for our dog's bowls. In his effort to get every last morsel from the food bowl, our dog had gotten into the habit of chasing the bowl all over the floor. It's so nice to have this mat hold the bowl more in place. It also is good for keeping mess off the floor.

I didn't remember if I had left a review on this prior to now -if I did, I felt the need to update my review. I LOVE THIS ITEM! This keeps my floor clean from the doggie spills and messes, and it is so easy to clean. Prior reviews mention the difficulty in removing the tag - it was initially hard to remove but with soap and water and a little scraping, I got it off totally. I definitely recommend this item!

Easy Clean up

This mat works great!! My dog always makes a mess when she drinks her water and this mat has helped save my floors. The excess water is caught by the lip that goes around the entire mat, leaving the water in the mat rather than on my wood floors. A lot less stepping in puddles, too. To clean the mat, I just bring it outside, hose it off with soap and water and it is good as new every time. Thank you for making such a great product!

Minus 1 star for the labels

Yes, the label is very difficult to remove on the top side that you use for the dog’s dishes. Very annoying. Even more annoying is the Made in China sticker on the underside. We really needed this because our dog is such a messy eater. We were washing cloth mats daily. Now we can wash this easily under the faucet. So glad we found this option. In fact we bought a second one for our camper. Thank you.

Placemat

This was larger than I thought it would be which was very nice! It's super cute & seems to catch most of the food that gets dropped & water that gets dribbled so it keeps my floor cleaner.

This mat is cute, fun and sturdy. The shape, though, makes it impossible to push up h against an edge, so I lose more space in the dogs’ ‘play pen’ than I hoped to. I will probably replace it with a rectangular shape.
