The product did great job in sealing new Tee to the older pipe extension product.The threads were matching but obviously slightly different so copious amount of teflon tape still wouldn't do it. A few drops of this stuff and no more dews in the morning.

It absolutely seals threads. If the tape isn't working for you, use this. I guarantee that this will solve your issues; however, it is relatively expensive (and wasteful), but most problem solvers are.
