Considering the price, this is an excellent bed. It is definitely more of a brighter white so keep that in mind. Shipping came earlier than expected and was relatively easy to assemble. There is so much storage space with the gas lift which is amazing. The boucle headboard is a little flimsy but overall the frame is structurally sound and strong. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase and I would definitely recommend it if you're unsure!

I like this frame a little bit more every day! It’s nicer than photos. Soft and looks/ feels sturdy. Time will tell about the quailty and i am really happy for now that i have got this frame. People winged about the assembly but i would say it wasn’t difficult at all. Only thing you need to pay extra attention is the gaslift arms positions before you assemble that part but that would be it. The rest is pretty straightforward. Delivery/dispatch was quick and they have got a perfect customer service! The only issue i had was they left the goods at the entrance of the apartment. I wish they have taken to the flat which was 1st floor. Would be happy to pay extra but they just dropped and left. I couldn’t carry them by myself since they were 2 m long and 40kg’s. Anyway ... My bedframe came faulty after I waited 2 months for it to arrive. The customer service representative then told me I’d have to wait another 2 months for the missing part. They gave me the option of keeping the faulty bedframe and receiving a $56 refund or send it back at my expense for a full refund.I paid $350 for the bed, $56 isn’t even a quarter of that. I then had to argue and go back and forth for 2 weeks to come to the agreement of $80, which still does not suffice. Atleast a 50% refund would be more adequate, considering how f***med around I was. So now I have a broken Bed I have to dispose of and I am out of pocket $270.The customer service were so unhelpful, I am appalled at the service and the quality of this brand and I will NEVER be shopping on this ... Looks gorgeous in my daughters room. Easy to assemble with 2 adults, though the instructions can leave a fair bit to interpret. I’d recommend reading ahead prior to assembly.Great quality. Sturdy.The storage underneath is a great feature. Only lined underneath with a piece of fabric though so not overly sturdy there.Would definitely recommend.

Assembly was not too hard. Instructions were clear and it took me about 2hours. Love the boucle fabric, it is more a clean white with beige undertones. The headboard is a little flimsy however the gas storage is really good and so worth it. I got this king bed on sale with an additional coupon so for the price it is amazing value. I would highly recommend this bed.
Really like the appearance and functionality of this bed. Assembly took a little while but it wasn’t too difficult. Having the storage space utilising the lift up functionality is great. Lifts easily but requires a good push to lower it - will probably be easier as the struts settle in.
Surprised by the good service and by the look of this bed, it is fantastic for the money, and so far really happy with itLifting mechanism a bit on the heavy side (at least when it is new, hoping it gets easier with use) and person we bought for is not physically too strong so takes 2 at presentThis was the first of 3 items purchased at Luxo and am confident to purchase from again, would recommend them
