No more missing Aperol Spritz cocktails here! I mixed Lyre's Italian Spritz with some dealcoholized sparkling white wine, a few dashes of bitters and some ice, and boom- a believable, delicious cocktail. I say cocktail because it tasted so close to the real thing, I couldn't believe that it was NA! Lyre's is by far the best liquor replacement on the market, and with so many options, you can definitely find a replacement for whatever you need.

Great sub for Compari. Hits the right bitterness. Drank straight on ice. Also works well with club soda with a slice of lime. Or if you want a light alcoholic drink, a topper of procesco is delightful.

I have been looking for something close to aperol to make a mocktail aperol spritz. I finally found the closest after trying 3 different brands. Absolutely love this one and it is the only one I have found with the orange taste. Definitely buying again.
I'm on my second bottle of Italian Spritz in only a few months. This is absolutely to my taste and I really can't tell the difference between this and the alc version except of course that I'm still bright eyed and able to drive after an afternoon tipple. Yay. It's one of my favourite ways to wind down my day.

My bottle arrived with a broken seal and leaking all over the packaging inside. I reached out to customer service to try to figure out a resolution and no one has gotten back to me for several days. What a waste of $40+! Incredibly disappointed with this company and their lack of customer service. It’s a no from me!
Using this non-alcoholic take on amaro well exceeded my expectations of what a non-alcoholic cocktail could taste like. It adds a really nice savory element to a bubbly sweet drink. And taking the free mixology lesson with Andrew was so helpful in learning how to use Lyre's in other cocktails. I may have mostly purchased this one for the label art, but I'll be buying it again to try more exciting sweet and savory concoctions.
Not worth the price at all. Many products at Boisson are carefully crafted, intriguing, complex, delicious. This is just sugar water with food coloring and a hint of bitterness. It does not get close to recreating the experience of aperol or Campari. A total ripoff. I eventually threw out the bottle rather than finish it. Do yourself a favor and make an orange peel simple syrup at home and dilute it for a better experience.I would not buy this brand again.
this is our favourite ingredient and spirit to use in our non-alcoholic cocktail's. It looks and tastes just like Aperol Spritz and so far has been the only non-alcoholic beverage that tastes like the real thing. All the fun and no hangover, what's not to love!
