To be applied after moisturiser and before foundation. Helps set the make up and avoid cakey look. Very smooth texture. Yellow shade suitable for medium and dark skin. Prompt delivery and good packaging. Price was good for Super Brand Day pre sale.

Can't live without!

I truly can't live without this mac primer. I usually keep my beauty regamine a secret but I'm afraid of yet another product i love being discontinued so therefore i must share..I use the radiant pink only & it hands down is so silky smooth soft & has a non greasy buttery feeling! Not to mention the best part it magically gives you this beautiful subtle healthy glow..(no joke) also my eyeshadow actually glides on again like it did when i was in my 20's. Shadow in your 50s just sits there but not w/this. I even add it to my dry lips before any lip color or lip oil. Guess what my 30 year old daughter tried my mac primer the other day & says mom i need this. Thank You M.A.C. you have done it yet again!!!

Glad I spent the extra money

It’s a bit pricey but totally worth it when applied with the Mac foundation. My skin is dry and this primer adds the perfect amount of moisture before becoming too oily. Keeps my foundation looking great all day and I hardly have to touch up. I apply with a flat brush and a little goes a long way.

Great everyday primer!

Bought a week ago and have been using with smash box 24 hr hydra foundation. Using the morphe setting spray to finish.I have found these products excellent for my extremely dry skin! Typically foundations cause dry patches to appear on my face throughout the day or cause breakouts.I find my skin looks a healthy radiance given the primer gives a bit of a shine but foundation is matte. Goes together as a nice middle ground.Also does well to keep my makeup on my face all day at work at survives the gym after work!Just FYI to beginner makeup users like me who didn’t know the difference between the base ingredients in products… you need to match the base ingredients of primer with foundations otherwise they will clash. Love this primer!

Been using this primer for a few years now. First tried it in person at a store at the recommendation of an employee. The yellow tint really helps hide any redness or pink in my skin tone. Plus the primer is great texture and makes foundation go on some much better. I've been reordering this for years now - love it!

Must have product

This is my holy grail product from Mac and I took advantage of Pink Friday sale and ordered this product in Buy two get one free offer on Nykaa. I used this and it gives natural radiance to your skin and glides on smoothly and give a perfect base for make up I have tried Bobbi brown multivitamin face base as well but I found this much better and light . As I have combination skin so I am always afraid of trying new products but I can vouch for this product it doesn’t cause break outs hence good for oily/combination skin. Loved it .

Perfect primer!

I love, love, love this primer. I have the pink shade (have had the green and honestly can't tell any difference) and one pump is enough to cover my entire face. I let it sit for about five minutes while I do my hair or stuff around the house, and when I come back is absorbed into my skin, leaving a soft age silky slate to begin my makeup process. I'm a makeup junkie, and have a good number is primers, but I airways come back to this. Time to throw away so the others that sit unused taking up valuable counter space

Its tint light pink. moisturizer + highlighter +primer =mac prep + prime…. Looking so natural pink and shiny not oily after wash not easily removed long lasting, quality is superb, really it is luxe perfect primer for all type of skin specially dry skin got it Nykaa pink Friday sale with two gifts, lipstick and mini primer, lipstick is just wow and primer is also superb. Well. Love the ingredients. As primer spray is easier to absorb. For some reason when applied foundation after this cream it clumped. Don't understand what I did wrong. Is it my fault of incorrectly using it or something is wrong with cream. For this reason didn't give it 5 stars. But would recommend cause of ingredients and luminosity. Price bites. But reordered with goal to master it. Hopefully after long time if using I'll master application. Maybe first container was expired. There is no expiration date on it unfortunately.

I have been using this for YEARS under my makeup. It was actually my very first primer. Because I am an obsessed makeup addict, of course I had to buy over 50 high-end primers over the last couple of years, just to make sure it couldn't get better than this. I am here to say that it cannot. Don't waste your money on other primers.I went to reorder this last week but accidentally ordered the other pink primer (cheaper one). It is confusing as they are both makeup bases in same looking bottle and called pink. When I got the incorrect bottle in the mail I tried it on my hand. Then I held my hand to the window and was shocked to see the other version has massive amounts of glitter in the primer. That is the LAST thing I need for my aging face. It is a toned-down illumination but enough to fade my imperfections before foundation even hits. Often times, I just wear this alone and it makes my skin look so much more radiant and healthy.I hope they never stop making this as there is truly nothing and I mean NOTHING that i have found to be comparable. I used this when I was younger and it even still works for my skin that's starting to age. Just like that...yesterday I was 25...today I am 49. Thank goodness for having some help along the way with fine products like this one.Just for reference, I have combination skin (can really get oily), fine lines and face skin starting to sag, light/medium skintone, redness and sun spots forming on forehead, big pores. This helps with all of these things.
