Lofty and warm! Bought on sale, so I feel I paid a very good price. Love the bright orange colour.I took a gamble on the hood (usually I prefer to have my jackets without a hood), but it is actually very convenient when out in the cold and wind, and it doesn't bother when not in use.The jacket packs into its own inside pocket extermely well.The only complaint I have is that some of the stitching around the back was not finished off nicely and created a bit of a loop. I had to trim it off to prevent it from snagging during use.
The quality of the product is really great and it feels so light when I put it on.
I bought this jacket as an outer layer jacket to go with my Macpac Ion Hoodie. They complement each other very nicely. The Ion is slightly refined cut compared to the Halo. This means you can run the Sam size to layer the jackets. It has basic features but the warmth gained from this jacket is fantastic and layered it’s next level. Definitely recommend and very good quality and value for money.
