Actually amazing timing to receive this email requesting a review as i just cold washed my new Lyell 180 Merino shirt, for the first time, hung it to dry and discovered that an arm seam is already coming apart (i have worn it lightly thrice and washed it lightly once (no dryer, no harsh chemicals…)I will be bringing it back next week for exchange!Thanks for asking
In base wear and most wear from all sources, medium is my size. However my Macpac M base wear is too large for me. So I tried S and now have a close fit. Good warmth.
Since Covid lockdowns I have lived in woolen long sleeve tops. Love them
Beautiful and soft and warm to wear. It has also washed very well. Liked the first one so much, I went a bought a second one.
Finally cooler Brisbane weather , I testing this for Nepal in late Autumn. It certainly has the merino performance that I expect & it's promising for layering
Great fit and super comfortable, but wore it once and washed it as per instructions and it already has holes in it. Poor quality. Will be returning.
