I bought this after using a Rains brand raincoat, so I was dubious this would match it in terms of functionality. It’s an absolutely brilliant raincoat. I bought a size 16 so I can wear it over the MacPac vest and short puffer jacket. It’s also a “storm breaker”, so I have found wearing my vest and a light, long sleeve tee underneath keeps me warm enough on early morning chilly walks.

I've worn the jacket a couple of times since purchasing and it hasn't let me down. It kept me dry, was a great wind blocker and also dried quick when hanging up after. I would definitely recommend this product. The sizing is true to size.

The best rain jacket for winter sports in the early morning. I really like the stiff peak on the hood to stop drips on your face.
True to size, rain proof, comfy, has inside pockets and zips on outside pockets, thin enough so that I don’t get too hot
