Great taste. I really liked the Macro version of rolled oats having tried other brands previously. They had a great flavor and were able to be used in a range of different ways. We first made it into traditional porridge with some honey, then blitzed up into a pancake mix with bananas and with some sliced strawberries overnight oats. Keen to try them in biscuits as suggested by other Bunchees. Love that the bag is thick enough that it doesnt split like other ackaging and has a resealable top to keep the remaining oats air tight. Bit on the pricey side in comparison to other oat brands on the market but can certainly justify the higher price point for the quality. Would purchase again.

Tastes good! I found this package in the Cereal aisle. By now I recognize the Macro packaging, so it was quite easy to spot. $2. 75 per half kilo is quite a dear price. But for customers who value organic products, and Australian in particular, this sounds like a great option. Thanks for the sample!

Ok but not great. Delicate and gentle in taste. They seem to break up more easier than ordinary rolled oats once mixed uncooked with honey. I make a batch of granola every fortnight. Whenever I use the macro organic oats, my yield is much less cooked granola than other ordinary brands of past. Maybe it’s because of its delicate nature that it breaks up so easily when mixed with the other more heavier hardy ingredients.

Excellent organic oats. These are excellent organic rolled oats and are a product of Australia. They come in the nice Macro packaging: a clear resealable and recyclable bag. And the seal is a good seal that makes it airtight, unlike some seals that still allow air into the bag. The oats are a good size and taste great. I primarily use them for my crunchy granola. They are priced well and have been my go to oats for a good while now. Excellent product.
A Healthier Xmas Treat!! With a splash of Kahlua!! Perfect timing for Xmas treats. I love my Oats every day for Breakfast, I also have a favourite slice with Oats, Chia seeds, Nuts, Seeds, coconut water. My husband was excited thinking he might get his favourite Anzac Biscuits but I wanted to try something healthy and different. Thank you "HealthyMummy. com" for "Christmas Bliss Balls".... perfect timing!!For My Husband:"Christmas Kahlua Bliss Balls"!!Perfect for any time of the year!!Another staple in my Fridge is my Oat and seed slice for Breakfast with Greek YoghurtLove the resealable pack. I use Macro products regularly because we are worth it!!
Oaty. I wasn't sure what to do with these as I generally eat oats in the winter as a warming start to my day. But after some internet time, I decided to expand my horizons and try out overnight oats. My readings seemed to suggest that rolled oats were perfect for this dish so I was excited to test this out. A simple recipe of oats, milk, plain yoghurt, honey and a dash of vanilla bean extract and left in the fridge overnight. When I woke up, the oats looked creamy and ready to dive in. After adding a few toppings, I cautiously took my very first spoonful of cold oats and I was pleasantly surprised. After a few more spoonfuls, I was converted! So, would I recommend these? Well for overnight oats, yes I would. I have not tried them hot or in any other recipes but I ... MoreOaty. Satisfied. The product was easy to find on the shelf, the packaging making it stand out against other brands. At $2. 75 for 500 grams, it is priced higher than Woolworths branded rolled oats (750 grams for $1. 40) but brand name rolled oats are generally much higher priced than the Macro product. 5 star health rating and all Australian, however, being certified organic has no significance for me. Package can be resealed to maintain freshness and the package returned to store to be recycled. Taste compared well with other brands that I have purchased. There are very few husks. Thank you for the sample.
Love having these with milk & golden syrup. I've tried these oats on their own with fresh full cream milk hot & cold with golden syrup ❤, I've tried these oats in my blueberry smoothie & like also had them in my cherry & strawberry smoothie too which I also liked, it's priced at $2. 75 for a 500g (estimate) bag, nicely packaged & sealed up the top, 100% whole grain but the woolworths brand is also too (woolworths brand 750g-estimate so 250g more) below is a pic:- Sample:- The only difference between this product & the woolworths brand is the oats are a little bigger & the woolworths brand is $1. 40 in price which is cheaper compared to this product below is a pic:- Woolworths brand:-❤ the taste of them & there are instructions on back of product for cooking. ... MoreLove having these with milk & golden syrup. Creamy oats. These organic Australian rolled oats are very tasty. Oats are very popular in our house so I was happy to receive a sample of them. We eat them most mornings throughout the whole year. Soaked overnight in warm water and yoghurt, by morning they are nicely softened and take nothing to heat up. We love to serve with fresh fruit in summer and compotes in winter topped with a dollop each of honey and cream. So yum!! And then of course there’s Anzac biscuits, muffins, smoothies, they’re so versatile. I love that they’re Australian and grown on Aussie farms. I found the price reasonable and I would buy again.
Convenient Packaging. I'm not really a fan of rolled oats on their own but I do enjoy using them in cooking for biscuits, slices and desserts. I used these rolled oats in some biscuits and they came out pretty tasty. They were really fresh as far as oats go and the resealable package was really helpful as I didn't have to transfer them to another container and it was a good size packet that fit easily in the pantry. The price was quite reasonable and was pleased to see that they are a product of Australia! Hallelujah So pleased with that as a large majority of products in supermarkets are made/sourced/manufactured overseas. I will definitely buy this product again as it is a convenient size and good value for money.
