A tasty addition to lots of things. It was a challenge finding these I must admit. I expected them to be in the cakes, nuts and dried fruit aisle but they were hiding with another group of Macro products in the health food section. It would be great if Macro brands were all together in one place so I would not have to ask staff to help me find what I want. Once I got them home it was game on. I love these with cereal and yoghurt. I put them in my husband's favourite slice and he loves them there. You are only limited by your imagination with these. Great pack size and very reasonable price. Lost one star for being hard to locate and one star for not saying where they come from. Endless possibilities for a tasty snack or topping. Love this product! As soon as I picked this up I had a bit of a nibble straight out of the bag & thought these a yummy & healthy snack. Had avocado on toast with cherry tomatoes and sprinkled these on top, absolutely delicious!Will use these in salads, on top of loafs & frittatas or anywhere where the addition of a little crunch seems like a good idea. Will purchase again

So, so pleasantly surprised! Oh my…what a treat! I had bad memories of eating rancid sunflower seeds from years ago, so didn’t ever go back to buy again. However, when I had the opportunity to try these as a sample, I decided to have another crack at munching on sunflower seeds. What can I say- these tasted fresh, nutty, sweet and utterly delicious. I’ve now added a large spoonful to my daily yoghurt for some crunch, sprinkle them into salads into muesli. So good and a great price. Well done, woollies!

Sunflower, the Happiest Seeds! Alive sunflowers bring a smile to the face and add happiness to a space! In a way so do sunflower seeds. They're tasty and moreish on their own; add them to your smoothies especially a diet shake, give them a quick toast in a pan and add to say a tossed salad for texture and taste; make into a pesto; and what about adding the muesli and other breakfast cereals. Guaranteed to keep you chirpy for the rest of the day!!

Not just for the birds. My daughter was not impressed that I was trying to get her to eat birdseed, but after a bit of encouraging (OK, a lot of encouragement and a promise of some sugar) she was surprised by the taste. In a good way. I can't see our family eating these by the handful straight from the packet, but they are definitely going to be added to salads and our roasted pumpkin. I will take this as a healthy win as these sunflower kernels really are a great healthy additive to our meals. Especially for kids that don't like eating meat, a little protein burst without the drama. Great taste and so convenient to add to meals, I am now looking up ideas for new ways to use them in my cooking.

Having a look at the packaging, it suggested that I add them to scrambled eggs so that's what I did. I scrambled a couple of eggs, added a teaspoon of basil pesto and enjoyed it all on a piece of toast along with a generous sprinkle of sunflower kernels. I like how they added a nice crunch and it was nice to know that they were healthy for me too. I plan to use the rest of the bag in some baking and I would be happy to purchase these but it's a shame that the package doesn't state where the sunflower kernels are from. Tasty. I mean - Sunflower seeds a re surely the same across the board generally. I found myself snacking on these quite regularly and I was surprised how much I enjoyed them. The packet was a good size and I though the price point was good. I feel the packaging between this and the organic variety needs to be differentiated more. They are too similar and in fact i almost accidently picked up the wrong ones.

Great Source of Protein. These sunflower seeds were a great crunchy snack to have with berries and chocolate or on top of my fave smoothie bowl. The seeds are from imported ingredients and should be grown in Australia. If the seeds were organic I would know that no chemicals were sprayed when being grown. The packaging could be more eco-friendly by selling the seeds in biodegradable material. Overall, this is a very healthy snack full of protein, fibre and vitamin E, but I won't be purchasing this item again.

Naturally tasty. My wife is the connoisseur when it comes to healthy eating, and she's been trying to get me to eat sunflower seeds for ages. I've tried them before, but they didn't float my boat. There's something about these Macro ones that are quite moreish. It's a slightly nutty taste? I don't know. But they're delish. New snack found!
