Excellent for baking and snacks. I’ve used these several times now for baking and snacks and find them to have a lovely flavour and quality is excellent. As others have mentioned I’ve used in muesli, on top of desserts and for trail mix. I’d recommend for others who love coconut!

Healthy, crunchy and delicious. I love these coconut flakes. Perfect to add as a topping to chia pudding, to add crunch to salads or as a snack on their own. I have seen them added to muffins too but never tried it myself. They have a decent amount of fibre and no added extras. Organic and packed in Australia, however it would be great if the coconuts were grown in Australia too. I like the packaging - it looks really tidy and it’s resealable. It was a bit hard to find but they were hiding behind the toasted coconut flakes which also look delicious by the way For an organic product, the price is very reasonable. I will definitely buy this again and definitely recommend.

Great Coconut Flakes. Now, with this one, I had an issue. Not with the product but finding it! I looked up & down the baking aisle where the other coconut, dried fruits etc are. Couldn't find it, next week, looked again - still no go. Eventually, I had to ask for help. Eventually found in the health foods aisle. OK, you beat me on that one! I did blitz the coconut up but everyone loved the flavour and texture of these. For pudding I served some vanilla yogurt with these coconut flakes sprinkled over it. Really impressed! Very impressed with the macro organic coconut flakes! From the moment you open the packet the fresh smell of coconut is a welcoming aroma. The coconut flakes are tasty, a pleasant texture and oh, so versatile. The flakes are perfect for a snack, just because, or fantastic for baking and decorating. They can be used in so many ways and it’s great to know there is nothing nasty at all in them. I have previously bought a more expensive branded product and I honestly can’t tell the difference between the more expensive flakes and the macro. I will definitely purchase these again.
