Pre ground coffee is not my thing but this is acceptable. My coffee drinking at home starts with recently roasted beans that are in the sweet spot of freshness. I grind the beans just before I make the coffee. I dont buy pre-ground coffee at all. However, as far as pre-ground coffees go, this one is acceptable without being exceptional. I dont like to waste things so I'll use it up in iced coffees or as coffee flavouring in other recipes like cakes etc.

Pleasantly satisfying coffee. I occasionally drink coffee on weekends as a treat. I'm not a coffee snob but if I'm going to drink coffee, I prefer to make it to my taste at home, using a plunger or a drip filter coffee machine. I have previously purchased this product several times and am happy with the medium roast. I prefer high altitude coffee from South America (which this is) and I appreciate that this product is organic. I will continue to buy this product, even though I don't partake every day.

Certified Organic, Ethically Sound however ... Tony and I LOVE good coffee, make a strong flat white daily at home, and for me working from home several cups during the day. Also we're always on the hunt for an excellent drop made from 100% arabica by a barista who knows his/her 'stuff'. We understand provenance, ethical standards, single origin and sustainability are so important in today's world, however we were truly disappointed with these ground beans. Why? Too finer grind for most coffee makers, maybe not a 'maker' with a filter as it has the benefit of that extra layer of a fine filter so there is NO sediment left in the bottom of the cup. Taste was bitter and it was far from robust in flavour. We followed the directions, tried using more coffee to add more ... MoreCertified Organic, Ethically Sound however ... Maybe it could be more appealing to iced coffee and latte lovers. Hope so. By the way had high hopes when opening the good looking pack and was 'hit' with initial wonderful aromas.

Great medium coffee. Made iced coffee with my sample. It is definitely not as strong as my usual brand, but nice all round flavour. Very smooth. 100% organic fairtrade climate neutral roasted arabica coffee. 100% Peruvian green coffee beans. A little bit expensive at $6. 60 for 200g pack. Nice as a change from my usual brand. Thanks for the opportunity to try another great product.
What did the barista say when he was late to work? Better Latte than never! bwaaaaaaaahahahahahahahahahahahaha, oh yeah, not bad actually, alrighty thenFirst impressions - This bag of coffee is $6. 60, that seems quite expensive, even if it is fair trade organicNext impressions - Ah, my favourite, a single ingredient product, excellent work100% Organic Fairtrade Climate Neutral Roasted Arabica Coffee, This product is from 100% Peruvian Green Coffee BeansFinal impressions - I brewed this up in our french press and it tastes... like coffee, I couldn't tell where it was from or how fair trade it was. I wouldn't buy this over beans and I wouldn't buy it over something funkier, like a nice geisha coffee with some nicer flavour notes or a broader tasting profile
Rich & flavoursome... This coffee ticks all the boxes - organic, fair trade, pleasant aroma & smooth taste. I'm not a coffee drinker but all who have been served this brew were quite complimentary about its quality. Offers good value for money compared to similar brand-name products. Easy to find in my local supermarket & it's distinctive packaging further assured in identifying it. Offers very good value for money compared to similar brand-name products.
Great coffee without the chemicals. I am enjoying this coffee. The macro range of foods available at Woolworths is excellent. Woolworths seems to me to be outdoing Coles in its recognition of the growing trend towards organic foods and veganism. They have a larger and better range. In Sydney recently I tried the freshly made sushi and now I am hooked on Woolworths. Switching from Coles to Woolworths full time now.
Nice in a Moka Pot. Would like to see a roasted date. I am very fortunate that Mr L roasts coffee beans weekly and makes espresso coffee for breakfast. We only buy ground coffee when we go on holidays. Mr L recently bought a Bialetti stainless steel Moka Pot to replace our holiday percolator. We pulled this out and enjoyed an extra afternoon cuppa. ✅ Organic✅ Fairtrade✅ Single origin Peruvian Arabica coffee❌ No roasting date (that I could find). Ground coffee only stays fresh for a couple of weeks after roasting. Most supermarket coffee only has a use by date not a roasting date. The use by date is May 2024. This coffee will absolutely not be fresh by then. Aldi coffee is produced in Melbourne and does have a roasting date. This is the only ground coffee I purchase.
Great tasting coffee with feel-good attributes. We were excited to receive this sample and though it took 3 separate trips to finally acquire it, my husband and I agree it was well worth the persistence True to the information provided, the product was located in the Tea & Coffee aisle. At $6 per packet, we felt it was a price would happily pay for something labelled Macro, a brand we trust and love. We quite like the smooth and full bodied taste of it. It was delicious as hot or cold coffee ☕️. It also offers many other quality factors such as:* organic* fairtrade* climate neutral
Good Flavour, Mild Coffee. So, very excited when I got to try sample Coffee! And it's Organic, Single Origin coffee. The taste is good. Very nice. It's mild and smooth, but then I am used to espresso roast, not medium roast. It is slightly pricey for ground coffee, but a good price for organic coffee. It would be nice for it to be processed in Australia, but that's just being picky. A nice, smooth coffee that I would definitely buy again.
