Easily the best Madden game in many, many years. These new consoles have definitely helped the game have room to improve on physics, graphics, AI and gameplay. Still room for improvement. I’d like some more effort done on the weather system in sports games in general. An example like dynamic weather on racing games. Sports is the same and it impacts the game. The snow on Madden still looks trash. I’m enjoying the game.

Bestbuy is a rip off! Lawsuit waiting to happen!!

First i dont even want to give them 1 star. Bestbuy promised me if i bought madden as a preorder id get it by release day and i would get a digital $10 gift card. No I couldn’t use the card for this game. So i bought it with the promise id have it by release day. As you all know i didnt get it release day so i had to go buy another copy on release day and when i returned this one guess what????? Instead of them giving me the 75 i paid with taxes they only returned me 65 dollars as they said i have already had the 10 gift card. Well gues what my credit card showed i paid 75 on my reciept. Thats not fair because as we know you can only use gift card for Best Buy but my 10 i spent on my credit i could use to buy what ever i choose. If all see bestbuy is a scam and stop shopping with them they’ll close like the old circuit city did. They think they’re untouchable and it showed the sway i was treated. They’re so wrong. And they do this because higher up im sure wont respond back to me and giver me my 10 dollars the way I retuned an upopoened game in the 14 day period.

GAME DOESN'T RUN WITHOUT CRASHING

Don’t waste your money. Game won’t run without crashing. Not just my PC, look it up on google. EA came out with an update 9/3/24 and it made it worse. Tried to get Best Buy to return or exchange but they wouldn’t comply as I guess digital downloads are final sale. Hopefully EA will fix the issue eventually, but not holding my breath. Rediculous.

This is the first year in a long time that I can honestly say that they have made some definitive strides in the right direction. The game feels different. Players that should dominate, do so and players that are mediocre get burned. The qb mechanics look and feel nice and the running with the ball controls feel tight and responsive. The new boom tech physics engine is a welcome addition that seems to create a nice variety of outcomes at the end of each play. Everything seems more fluid and smoother than it has in a long time. The fun factor is back and being able to break off huge runs and deep passing TD’s feels so rewarding.

Great Game

Good game overall! Some people will always bash Madden. The graphics are really spectacular! No complaints! As far as the gameplay, it’s slightly different. Same gameplay, but the tackling physics and collisions in the game are improved. Based on the angle where you hit them, their body adjusts to it. The hits are dynamic. There’s more pop and animation. You can choose your broadcasters too. If you like the NCAA game, most likely you’ll enjoy this!

Madden 25 PS5

Excellent graphics. Many improvements. Same issues with CPU not running the ball enough. Always have to adjust penalty sliders, user and CPU QB accuracy down, CPU run blk up, user run blk down, etc.EA needs to lose the minimum requirements for each position (offline). Zero reason for it. Add ability to issue a jersey # to two separate players, release IR players, and don't allow retired numbers to be used.

Minor improvements

Pre-ordered from Best Buy and they shipped on time and without any issues. My rating of 3 stars based on game alone. I haven’t purchased Madden since Madden 22. There have been some changes with Franchise mode, graphics, kicking buttons, and passing. I throw a lot more interceptions lol. Overall not anything major updated. Game has glitches rarely, and crowd still is very underwhelming in detail. I wanted an updated roster, and haven’t been disappointed. Not a needed purchase unless you want the new roster…you know what you’re getting.

The new Madden is as great as ever!

Looks like the same great game that men like me have been playing since it’s inception. +7 year olds like a game to be simple and true to the sport It is emulating. The new Madden delivers on all counts. However, the only negative I saw is some possible lagging, but of course that could be my signal!. Looking forward to another great year of scouting The games with Madden and winning my share of pools! thank you again to all the madden people responsible for this great game!

I've only had the game for a short time, not long enough to really say either way. The graphics have a different appearance than last year and in my opinion last year was better.The game play is surprising at times with a lot of jerky movement. The price I paid was very reasonable for the basic version. I am hoping EA makes improvements throughout the year as they always do, and I can have a better idea about the quality of the game.
