These packs are great fun to slap together and use at will. I am making a customized cube of this set to perpetuate the idea, in fact. It's also a potentially good way to teach MTG. This is clearly at the end of its print cycle and has held value, so you should get this now if you plan to do so ever.

It's a great starting place for people who are just getting into Magic The Gathering (MTG). Each pack also comes with lands, so you can jump right in. It has some great cards for people who are looking to build up some of their collections/decks. And it has collector potential as there are some really pricey and unique cards in the set.

The range of pack themes is adequate to introduce a lot of play styles to a group of novices so that they can understand more mechanics in a short time. More targeted to beginners than experienced players, but is a fun casual format for even experienced players to jump into.

JumpStart is easily one of better format for beginning and casual players. Just slap two packs together and create unique and fun combos. There are some strong chase cards in the set as well. Great price for a booster box and shipping was quick!

Great cards especially commander only found in this product, plus some cool reprints too. Great card quality as well. NOTE no premium foils in this product. Also some cool original artwork.

I'd reccomend buying sleeves and some cubamajigs so you can keep them as they are forever and always be able to playagiv without having to buy another box ever again! That being said some of the themes are repetitive which can be annoying when seperating the packs back out so maybe buy 2 boxes and remove any duplicates great value for what you get EV wise
The box itself offers little value for money spent. I checked the value on all of the rares and mythic rares and many other cards. It seems to me I could have bought every card I got for like 1/4 the cost of the box. As far as entertainment value it is dull getting a bunch of lands in every single pack. I wouldn't buy this set again.
