I have used magimix products for years, I have a 30 year old food processors still going strong, so when I wanted a blender I chose a brand I could trust. So far it's been great, from a daily smoothie, perfect hummus and even almond butter. I ordered direct from magimix, it came promptly and included everything I could ever need, fome cookbooks, blendcups and a mini grinder.

On receipt of the blender we tried it to make a smoothie and the motor started smoking, so much so ,that it set our smoke alarm off. We tried it a further two times withe the same result. On trying to return the blender to Magimix they clearly didn’t believe us and it took us a week to get it picked up and returned. We are now waiting for and engineers report and we still haven’t been given a refund. The contact/emailing service is very slow. We are not satisfied with the product or the after sales service and still have not been refunded.

I have used a few different blenders over the years to make fruit smoothies with frozen and fresh fruit combinations. This Magimix blender produces the smoothest blend of all.And it's so much quieter too.
