I purchased this thinking maybe it wasn't that good of a product. I was totally wrong. I just love this set. The different flash lighting it gives me. I did an outdoor wedding in a gazebo and it was perfect lighting for me. It's so easy to change from gel to the black grid. They stay on no matter how I move my camera. I'm convinced. Greatest flash set!!

As a hobbies photographer, Magmod professional flash kit 2 has allowed me to be more creative using using my speed lites. My lighting in the photos look more professional in camera which allows me to need less editing.This kit has given me the confidence to take a few photography jobs and has paid for itself several times over.
Recently used this for an indoor wedding reception and it worked beautifully.
Little bulky, but worth the hassle. Mag dome works the best. Mag bounce, when nowhere to bounce your light. Gels are useful and labeled.If I have to nitpick, magnets are too strong and magnets in the gel filters may not line up if your flash head is not wide enough

Love the MagMod gear. Very quick and easy to change. Very sturdy made. Will be buying more MagMod gear.

MagGrip 2 Magnetic Adapter for Flash is very tough to put on initially. I find the MagGrid 2 grid and MagSphere 2 dome combination works best and it's nice and compact. While the MagBounce 2 bounce modifier gives much harsher light and it's quite bulky to carry around. The filters included are useful in certain circumstances only. Overall, great system, if you have to time to setup and play around, but for travel purposes the MagMod Starter Flash Kit 2 is all you really need.
