it's my fault i didn't read the label. but these have alot of added sugars. each individual gummy is coated with sugar, and there is sugar piled up inside the jar. also these are very sour tasting. imagine a sour patch kids gummy.
I should have looked at the label before I purchased these. These are only 10 mg of magnesium for each gummy. That’s ridiculous. Most gummy’s are 200 mg each. You need 400 mg of these daily. Why would they sell them at 10 mg each? What a waste of money.
