Great to relive the Magnum PI world thru this dvd set. Many fond memories. Some episodes not remembered. Great entertainment & opportunity to share with a new generation. Also the formatting of the dvd menu makes startup very efficient.

Really cool set. This was a gift for my Father in Law and he loves it.
Audio goes in and out. Packaging was damaged on arrival and obviously shipped that way.
Great deal.. or so we thought. There is no season 1 in the collection even though it boasts all 8 seasons.... what?!
What’s not to like about this set? You get Thomas Magnum in all his glory. Relive all the classic adventures featuring the stuck up rich guy Higgins and the super cool pilot of TC. This is a must have for the 80’s loving tv fanatic.
This is a review about corporate waste. I Like this Series, that's why I bought it. And I was happily watching it, using play all, the other day, and enjoying it. Then, when it reached the 4th episode on disk 1, it hesitated, the screen pixilated and then froze. Pulling out the disk, I noticed some small smudges, which I carefully cleaned off with a lint-free cloth, and tried again, it still failed.I called Mill Creek Entertainment to report this failure, and did receive a return call. I was wondering if I could just get a replacement disk, as it was the only one to fail. They don't do that. The only recourse is to return the entire set for refund, and order again. Received this item. It is indeed Magnum, PI! But it is the DVDs, not the Blu-ray’s. Brought back to my local store and had a great experience with the exchange, but it is a bit of a headache that Best Buy’s product description is wrong.
I just received this 30 disc DVD set from Walmart in record time from the store (great service). As I started to open it (but did not), I noticed the cardboard flip-top box and no blu ray disc boxes on any of the sides. I read the bottom of the box for info. This is a DVD set from Millcreek. The blu ray set (very similar box cover) got rave reviews. This is a DVD set from Millcreek which (up to now) hasn't been released! There is a sticker on the box marked 'Only at Walmart'. For sure because prior DVD versions only came from Universal. Those had 37 discs and were OK at best. If you want a compact, cardboard box with the trademark Millcreek paper-thin cardboard inserts to house the DVDs then this is it. Each disc will squeeze 8-10 episodes per disc.
