This On A Date EDT is a new release. It is a quality fragrance that wears for hours without being “cloying” or overpowering. The bottle is aesthetic that looks and feels luxurious to use. On A Date is a lovely, fruity floral scent with a touch of bergamot and patchouli that sadly doesn’t mesh well with my body’s natural smell. That said, I’d recommend you try this if you’re looking for a high quality, black currant-forward fragrance. It did arrive with a non-functioning sprayer that couldn’t be repaired. I unscrewed the lid to apply the perfume to my wrists that way. Will buy a sprayer to decant it into. Full transparency: I received this for free in exchange for my honest review.

One thing I love about the replica brand is how all of their scents seem to be directly extracted from what they are made after. i really liked this scent! i was surprised reading the “grapes and roses” description on the label but immediately i picked up on it. it does have a bit of a powdery scent (which many label as “old lady scent” but in my opinion, this perfume doesn’t go too heavy on it). almost immediately after spraying on skin, the black currant note comes through and it works so well with the grape. it dries down to a very subtle sweet musk smell. i love this perfume, but unfortunately it really doesn’t have the lasting power you’d hope for with a fragrance at this price point. i like to deliberately spray it on my clothes (which could be controversial LOL) to make it last a bit longer. overall, if you’re looking for something light and are willing to splurge, this is an option!

I love me some red wine and sparkling and upon reading the initial run down of notes for this frag I was ecstatic. However after buying this frag and trying it out, I really didn't understand the hype. For an EDT literally at EDP pricing, I was Expecting Margiela to come through.Yes it smells like Grapes and Sparkling Rosé, but the Longevity and complexity of this formula was disappointing. Initial Spray to Dry down literally 1 hour. I'm not even kidding.If the 'Date' you're about to go on is gonna be 1 hour, then boo boo this scent if for you.If you're looking for a Rosey Wine scent, I'd highly recommend you check out Liquides Imaginaires - BLOODY WOOD. It's EDP and is a BEAST for Projection and Longevity!

Very nice, gives luxurious vibes

I’ll give this perfume a solid, 4, maybe a 3.5.For the price, it doesn’t last very long. I do understand it’s an eau de toilette but it really doesn’t last even up to a few hours.However, smell is so lovely. I’m only in my early 20’s but this perfume makes me feel like a woman. I love the scent so much.From the original first spray, you get lots of grapes. Then as it melts on to your skin, it turns into a musky rose garden—truly lovely. (My siblings did mention it kind of smells like moth balls, though).I think if you are to layer this, it lasts longer so it could be worth the price. Perhaps if you should buy the smaller one rather than jumping the gun and spending $160, impulsively.Overall, I do love it. It makes me feel quite satisfied.

I was super excited to try my first Maison Margiela perfume when I received it free from Influenster in exchange for an honest review. The bottle is cute but morning fancy (I definitely have cuter/prettier bottles), and I did hear from a lot of other product testers that their sprayers either came broken or broke soon after. My first impression of the scent was very strong rose, which is one of my least favorite scents and overpowered any of the fruity notes. Reminded me very much of something my grandmother or other older women would wear, which definitely isn't what I want to smell like. The overpowering rose did fade after about 45 minutes and more of the fruity notes came through, and I barely noticed the rose after that.
