Great product and drill
Ordered a Makita battery for next day delivery. However wrong item was packed & sent - took forever to get through to customer service who finally agreed to refund the postage and give £5 compensation - but when I checked bank account they’d only refunded delivery cost. Based on the effort it took to get through and sort out the wrong item order I lost the will to contact them again so I’ve just decided I won’t shop there again
