Noname batteries inside, measured ~1.1 Ah each, connected 2 in parallel, 5 in series. So total battery is 18V 2.2 Ah. Attaching photos of discharged capacity with 5A current down to 15.0 volts (16.8V displayed on charger after full discharge and disconnecting load). So internal resistance is also very bad. Makita chainsaw works about 1 minute under load using this packs. Seller declined partly money return on my dispute. Total fraud, be aware.

Battery

I wouldn't recommend buying these cheap batteries. I fully charged it . Only lasted 15 minutes. Fully charged it again lasted about 15 minutes or less. Then wouldn't charge at all . Don't waste your money.

Good replacements for original Makita Lithium Batteries.

These batteries work well as replacements for BL1815 batteries. They fit on my drill and impact driver like the originals, provide longer working times, and will charge on my original Makita charger. And they are much, much cheaper than the replacement batteries offered in the big box home repair stores.

Great cells

They works well and there is no problems with these batteries. I have purchased 6 amp/hr batteries like these in the past. The older battery is about 1/3 larger. I am wondering if these cells I have just purchased is not 6 amp/hr cells or are they just a newer battery chemistry and require less size. I don't know. Anyway, they are certainly a good price for what you get and they do the job without any problems

Makita BL1860 18v 6.0ah Lithium Battery BL1860B + DC18RC Fast Charger

I got a 5ah battery instead of the ordered 6ah one. Wrote buyaparcel - the customer support fixed the swap in a day! Very good support! The Makita charger is a pretty good one - with a cooler - the most important thing, because when you take a hot battery off a tool - and put in on a charger directly - that is what kills the cells. Makita have taken care of this with their fan-cooled chargers - they don't start charging before the fan cools down the battery to a certain temperature. About the Makita Batteries - pretty good, but the only 3 of the 18v ones make sense to get - the compact and really light 2Amp ( for tools like drills and impact drivers, flashlights and other small tools) , and for everything else - the 5amp and the 6Amp. From 3Amp to 6 Amp - they all have the size weight as the 6Amp - so what is the point of getting 3 or 4Amp. The 5Amp is the sweet spot - power, size/weight, price. If price is not a consideration - only the 2Amp and the 6Amp make sense.

While the 40v XGT platform is getting all the attention, the 18v platform has a better balance of weight and power for all but the most intense jobs. The 6Ah battery is the best of the 18v range. With the same weight as the 3Ah, and noticeably longer life than the 5Ah, an impact driver will last all day with it.

Very satisfied with

Battery pack is thicker and heavier than original pack, but with twice the out put I expected that. One batteries last for a long time. Very happy with this. Would buy again.
