Cheapest way to purchase the rapid dual battery charger and get a pair of 5ah batteries.The blower itself is an absolute powerhouse. As powerful as any petrol blower. On full power is does drain the batteries quickly, but it’s so much quieter and smell free than petrol equivalents. If you’ve already got spare batteries or only need the lower levels of power, the power usage isn’t an issue. I also have one of the small handheld Makita blowers, and this 18Vx2 blower even on the lowest settings literally blows the smaller one away.
Extremely Powerful Leaf Blower at Seed 6,I use the blower on Speed 4 to extend the battery usage, I later purchased the DUB184 Sweeper Nozzle for the blower which gives it better directional handling and make the run time time faster and saves on battery run time.I ready purchased the Blower for the twin changing station and the 2 x LED 5H batteries for my other 18v tools.
I bought this with the redemption of the Mikita stereo so for me it was a easy decision of $500.The Blower is so powerful it gets to all the hard to reach areas around the house

It's the most powerful blower I've ever used, corded or cordless.The kit value is excellent. There's more than the asking price worth of batteries and charger alone, at RRP. The bonus line trimmer by redemption makes it a three-second consideration before purchase.The ultimate bonus is Makita's build quality and performance. I have a range of LXT tools and they are rugged, great to use and never miss a beat.Highly recommended!
