Work well on hard or softwood but blunts rapidly on composition floor panels (Caber floor), I'm not complaining because this is a very abrasive surface.

Good quality and at a decent price, however both the cut and the resistance to knots appears lower than Bosch WoodRazor. Which cost twice, so...
Not all replacement planer blades are the same. To have a blade that last a twice as long, producing a perfect finish, saves the constant faff of replacing a resetting. An excellent quality blade.
Absolutely fine, not too expensive I would always go for the Makita brand, the chinese knock-off one's sold on ebay and amazon are not as good.
Quality blades for my planner, always keep a spare set just in case.
Replaced these planer blades "like for like" as I'd trashed mine on hidden nails!!. New blades leave a very smooth finish. Might try cheaper options next time but then again I might regret that
Quite happy with these. Razor sharp, they leave a beautiful finish that for my purposes does not require further sanding. They are carbide, so very brittle. They don't take kindly to screws (how I got here in the first place). Easy enough to install, as long as you have not moved the stick out adjustment.
Great quality blades, with the added bonus of being reversible, which if your unlucky enough to strike a hidden nail like I did, you don't have to lose precious time on the job by having to rush off and buy some more. Instead you can simply turn them around, and your back to work in no time.
