Nice looking, light and ‘airy’ harness. I ordered the appropriate size ‘range’ for my waist but when the waist belt is snug, there’s 5-10cm of just the adjustable webbing exposed from the waist clasp to the padded part of the waist belt.I’m concerned about the possibility of melting into this main component of the harness from friction, especially since I’m right-handed and that’s where the gap is.

I usually wear 4-6 in pants and the medium fit perfectly! Make sure you have enough of a tail on the waistband to tuck it into the loop, otherwise (like with most harnesses) it could catch on a crack. Very comfy and felt secure the whole time with toproping and some sport leads. The lack of tails on the leg bands is a really great feature too!

Picked this bad boy up a few weeks ago (so I can't necessarily attest to durability) but just by assessing how it was put together, I expect to be climbing on it for a while. It's quick to adjust, comfortable to wear and the grey/lava color combo is lush.

I usually wear 4-6 in pants and the medium fit perfectly! Make sure you have enough of a tail on the waistband to tuck it into the loop, otherwise (like with most harnesses) it could catch on a crack. I’m a beginner climbing and bought this one because it was on sale and it had adjustable leg loops, not just the elastic like other brands. It adjusts well, sturdy material. I like it a lot!
I bought this harness for my wife, but having tried it at the wall, I prefer it to my DMM. There's lots of technology for the price, it's very comfortable and I really like the reinforcement around the tie in points also the wear indicator. Size for a medium is much more snug than the DMM. Downside is only 4 gear loops , but overall I really like it.
Has been holding up well and is very comfortable. Wide enough to get over my hips, but small enough to cinch my waist, which is tough to find for rock gear.
I had never heard of ALS so was hesitant to buy online. Worked out great! Got a great product fast at a good price!
The harness is a bit smaller than expected, but works great! I’m a high ropes instructor and have to be in it all day, every day. It’s very comfortable and great for the female body shape. Highly recommended!
Wedding gift to a couple that have never climbed. They thought it weird until I took them to the climbing wall. They are hooked.
This is a sturdy harness (definitely a workhorse) at a very reasonable price. It has two ice clippers, which if used can serve a good place to store a nut that you just removed. It is not very light, as some more expensive harnesses. I use this harness for trad climbing because it does not bend under the weight of a trad rack. The ventilation works. The speed buckles are cool.The only downside, it took forever to get from the VPO warehouse.
