Destroy your nails

I’ve been buying just about every pair of cuticle and nail scissors I can find and these ones are even worse than the black handle ones. My nail slides in between the blades and is more squashed/delaminated than cut. Do not buy these especially if you have soft nails.

Don’t cut

Recently bought a new pair of these straight nail scissors. We have had a pair of these at home for years, and they were great, but the new ones are rubbish. Can’t cut a nail with them, but bend and tear your nail; no problem. I’d like to know what’s changed with production of the new ones, but I’m throwing these out and won’t dare buy a new pair of these right now

Not as good as they used to be...

I have always used Manicare nail scissors; however, recently bought a replacement pair and the quality & function is now awful! They shred/tear nails and the result is so rough. I am very disappointed, as my old pair was so good and made nail cutting a breeze.

Poor quality

These scissors are quite poor quality, i didn't expect much for the price but they don't keep their sharpness for very long even though i kept them in the packet away from moisture etc. Also the handle is not very good for gripping either so its uncomfortable on the fingers.

Rubbish

Threw them in the bin after one use. Would not cut my nails. Very disappointing as I thought I was upgrading from my normal clippers.

Ruined my nails

I paid $15 for these yesterday and they just ruined the ends of all my nails. Every time you try and cut with these, it just crunches and tears your nails.

Worst scissors ever

This has to be the worst pair of nail scissors i've ever had. They splinter and shred my nails even if i cut them after a shower. I expect this from a cheap pair but at the price i expected much better.
