Totally impressed with this Gin and made locally on the Northern Beaches. If you are a serious Gin drink and appreciate a quality balanced spirit you will not be disappointed. The bottle is also beautiful and captures the "beaches" perfectly. Too nice to throw away.
I bought this to try and I regret it. The gin itself was fine but the after-taste was artificial almost medicial. I wouldn't recommend this at all as there are better products for the same price.
Being a Gin collector I decided to give this one a go and was so pleased I did. A seriously good gin with just the right amount of citrus, juniper, and complexity with the Aussie botanicals flavours and marine sea lettuce. I see why this Gin is leading the pack and makes a cracking Martini. Highly recommend.
We served as suggested, with an olive and orange wedges on Soda. There was a smoky, yet salty undertone that was enhanced by the added orange. A delicious pre- dinner drink
This gin is amazing neat, on the rocks or in a cocktail. It is strong, but has a nice long finish. I would recommend to anyone looking for a Gin with flavour that doesnt get washed out in a cocktail or just to drink as it is. Makes an amazing Gin and Tonic too. Seems to be pretty well priced too for Aus Gins.
A local gin that exceeded all expectations! The hint of citrus & floral tones could be tasted straight away. Which makes for a delicious G&T, or on the rocks.
It was a dry and lighter gin, with that great end taste
