I scanned the QR code on the lid and received a certificate of authenticity and ingredients. Great quality and taste. We've already spent one package (MgO 250). As winter approaches, I decided this time for a stronger dose (MgO 400) but also 500g size. Since I've given Manuka (1 tsp in the morning) to my two year old son, he hasn't been sick once. Great for immunity. We'll keep using it.As far as delivery, the package arrived in less than three weeks.

For years, I’ve taken a teaspoon of organic honey first thing in the morning before meditation and breakfast. Manuka was outside of our price range, but was well aware that it offered greater benefits. After adjusting our food budget, we took the plunge … and it’s been enjoyable from that first teaspoon. I'm a 69-year-old healthy Black man who was raised in the deep South of the United States where life was stressful while growing up. As a child, I was lactose intolerant and allergic to most sources of sugar. My Mom relied on Goat milk and honey from local sources. Honey has been part of my daily diet for a long time. I've tried many versions of local honey and for years was blessed to have access to organic honey. Recently, I've been exploring Mānuka Honey and found it to be a wonderful addition to my daily diet to sustain my good health. I'm very pleased with the taste and texture of the honey.
