It reminds me somewhat of Bath and Body Works Plumeria, which I never enjoyed growing up. My nose likes it a little better after the dry down, with the hint of creamy almond coming through. Surprisingly this is not really a turn off for me, because, much like how the rhubarb is eventually subdued and balanced by the almond milk and cedarwood, so is the Jolly-Ranch-iness of it as well. WAIT DO JOLLY RANCHERS AND RHUBARB HAVE SOMETHING IN COMMON??? Anyway, for the fact that—at least to my knowledge—really nothing else exists quite like this I appreciate this fragrance a) because its uniqueness and b) it’s delicious.

This warm floral perfume is perfect for all seasons. It's a smooth floral scent mixed with soft cashmeran and cedarwood. This is a very bright feminine scent in a unique yet modern bottle. This scent is very subtle and not overpowering. It's great to layer with similar lotions and body sprays. I love how marc jacobs always thinks out of the box with his bottles. His packaging always makes you gravitate to them. The only thing I dislike about this fragrance is that the scent doesn't last threwout the day. I say it lasts about 4 to 6 hours before you have to reapply. This fragrance is a little more on the pricey side so I would have liked to see it last a bit longer but overall I'm pleased with the scent and obsessed with the bottle.

The reason I gave it only 4 stars is that it doesn't have the longevity and sillage I was hoping for, maybe I go scent blind but I feel like I lose the scent very quickly, and by the end of my work day its barely noticeable even if I smash my nose on my wrist and smell like there's no tomorrow 😂 as for the sillage that may just be a me thing, if I'm going to wear a perfume I want people to be able to smell it (without choking of course) and this is just more intimate for my liking. But with Layering this will definitely be in my top rotation for my spring scents! So if you've smelt it and immediately discounted it for its sweetness, TRY AGAIN ON SKIN!!!

Hello pretties, I have tried several samples of this version of MJ perfect, and I really dislike it. I prefer the Daisy Eau So Fresh. The perfect to me, has a masculine tone that does not match the whimsical pastel art treatment of the design. The doodling, and eclectic bouquet is cute, but smells like old sneakers in a gym bag, foot funk. I typically dislike cloves and anything too oriental or garamound, woody or hippie. It reminds me of black licorice or patrouli oil. If you are a gender neutral, non binary person, or lgbtq+, this might appeal to both your "they" sides. I love the scent itself, but ALAS, like most other fragrances today since the IFRA has royally ruined the perfume industry, the lasting power is not great. As is so often the case with these big designer launches, it took a team of big name perfumers Loc Dong, Anne Flipo and Dominique Ropion to put it together. Its advertised as a fresh oriental and as a a unique fusion between a sensual salted vanilla accord and refreshing floral notes,2 and thats all reasonably accurate. Olympa starts with a very juicy, very green citrus overlaid with a decent lashing of ginger. It announces its fresh orientation right out of the gate, with vague allusions to Glade and LEau dIssey, but its otherwise a nice enough start. It sweetens up as the top notes fade, with candied but watery floral notes and then creamy vanilla over a woody musk with salty solar undertones. It has a summery, almostbeachy feel neither caramel popcorn nor coconut are listed in the notes, but there are faint strains of either or both, and theres just enough powder to lend a velvety finish to the far dry down. Verdict Its just fine. Its reasonably wearable and reasonably pleasant if applied in moderation despite the fresh and watery notes, it is not really a sheer scent. Not surprisingly, I found it both too sweet and too synthetically fresh for my taste, and in general, it called up modern youth on spring break more than Cleopatra. Still, not bad, and a far cry better than Invictus. If you want something along the same lines, but maybe a little more sophisticated, you might try Calvin Klein Reveal. If you want more fruit and less fresh, you might try Thierry Mugler Womanity. Paco Rabanne Olympa is available in 30, 50 and 80 ml Eau de Parfum and in matching body products. I think there was originally an Extrait as well, but perhaps it is already sold out The notes include mandarin, ginger lily, aquatic accord, jasmine, vanilla, cashmere wood, sandalwood and ambergris.

To make it last through the day, Id recommend spraying two pumps into your hair, and youll be delighted to catch glimpses of the scent as you perform your daily tasks. You can never go wrong with a Marc Jacobs perfume!

I’ve never had a bad experience with a Marc Jacob’s perfume, they smell great and the scent usually lasts all day, so I usually always can recommend their perfumes to anyone. So let me tell you, this perfume of course is no exception! Most Marc Jacob’s perfumes tend to have a floral/fruity/sweet scent which I love! But I’d say this one has a bit of a deeper scent, still sweet and floral but instead of fruity you get that woodsy scent. When first spraying this on you get that sweet daisy scent immediately which smells amazing, but while it sits on your skin about 10 to 15 minutes later the deeper almond and sandalwood scent starts to come more through while partnering greatly with that sweet daisy scent that was already present. Overall very pleased with the perfume and would highly recommend!
