I did not receive my Marc Jacobs bag in Fluro Pink I received a pair of men's dress shoes instead! I was furious. This purse is sold out everywhere and I thought I was going to receive my Christmas gift I bought for myself. However, my first purchase from Nordstrom was such a disappointment. I will never purchase from them again. No sympathy from their customer service for the money I paid. Again, never again.

I absolutely love this back. I originally purchased the “scorched” color however it came in with a defective strap. I returned the bag and reordered in black. It is quite possibly the Perfect bag! First off, I love the structure of the bag. It can stand up on its on, however it doesn’t have feet (which would be wonderful Marc Jacobs). The bag is extremely spacious without being bulky or too big. I can fit a regular size wallet, sunglasses, keys, plenty of glosses and lipsticks, my iPhone 12 Pro..and more. The leather is so nice, the crossbody strap is a great adjustable length but you could always swap it out for a wider, decorative strap. The handles do not lay down which I haven’t found to be an issue but it will not fit on your shoulder, just arm. Overall this ... MoreI absolutely love this back. The metal bulb you insert in different hole positions is located near the middle of the strap, and can press uncomfortably into my back when I crossbody. Between soft blush pink and mauve color.- Comes with Marc Jacobs dust bag.- Decent price- Can fit an iPad mini, 1 plastic water bottle, and the rest of your items.Cons:- Since it is a tote bag, it does not full zip up to seal the entire bag. Top of the bag only covers like 75% closure so there is risk of items falling through the cracks of the left and right side of the zipper.- The long zipper's magnetic end piece is leveled EXACTLY at the same spot where the right crossbody strap is. If the long zipper's end is tucked outside at the magnetic stripe, both pieces will physically get in the way of each other. I was hesitant to get the canvas versions of this bag but when I saw that the leather came out, I was sold. The leather is very durable. Its a pebbled leather so it wears easily and doesn't scratch or crease easily as well. It holds a lot of items and I love that the strap is adjustable and removable. The short handle makes it a breeze to hold when getting in and out of the car. Love the handle, very comfortable to hold. Another added bonus is that zippered top. For being a cross body tote, I'd hate it if it was not zippered and access to your valuables are quite easy. Bought the leather tote online The leather came with creases and blister (peels). Had to go in-store (2 different stores) twice to get an exchange. Unfortunately, on both occasions, all the bags had same issues. Seriously?! Such a shame a branded bag has such poor quality. Made a complaint online and came back with a disappointing reply that they can't do any colour exchange as their system doesn't allow but they can only get the bag checked with 6 week wait. However there is no guarantee I can get the bag if the default cannot be rectified. That wasn't an option for me as I needed a bag urgently, hence I made a third trip in-store for a refund. Such a hassle for a bag! Definitely not choosing Marc Jacobs again
Big fan of Marc Jacobs totes. I cannot count the compliments I’ve received! I’ve had the medium canvas tote for a few years and love it so decided to get a smaller brighter version. I got the green Apple and it’s gorgeous. Soft supple leather with enough room for my phone, makeup bag, wallet and other essentials. If you’re undecided take the plunge. It’s worth it.

The bag is the perfect size for me; I am 5'3" and it's comfortable to wear crossbody. It's stylish, versatile, and super-cute! My ONLY gripe, and reason for knocking off one star, is due to how it was shipped. They put this $400 leather bag into a plastic shipping bag (NOT a padded one)! Luckily, the tote itself was wrapped in plastic with the appropriate stuffing/inserts, which helped keep the shape. If the shipping bag had torn, I may not have been so lucky. Note to Nordstrom Shipping Department: You are the final person/department to handle the items that customers receive... please try a little harder! This is not the first ... I’ve been eyeing this bag for several weeks. Tried them on in store a few times and finally made a purchase. Once I got home, I tried it on with a dark outfit and I noticed immediate color transfer on the camel color. I typically wear darker clothing but was looking for a lighter color for Spring/summer. At home under normal lighting, the bag started to show a very yellow undertone which I really don’t care for.Overall, the bag is beautiful and functional but this is not the color for me. Will be returning.
just returned it because its uncomfortable to wear on your hand (forearm) or on your shoulder. its amazing bag, so spacious, amazing quality but not for me. I love when it's easy to handle it. This bag is convenient to carry only by hand as a suitcase like on the picture. I wish I knew that before I bought it.
