I was looking for something to be my new “mommy bag” since i have a toddler now, and this totally fits the bill! The leather is just beautiful and definitely will stand the test of time. I know others said it was huge, but honestly, it’s smaller than my LV neverfull, which was exactly the size I was looking for. I also purchased a bag organizer elsewhere to help it hold it’s shape. I don’t plan on using it for work but it fits my MacBook Pro or my air perfectly with plenty of room to spare. It’s super versatile and can be used for just about anything. I know this bag will last years to come. I’m loving it!

This bag didn’t lack anything! The quality of the material is thick will definitely hold its shape. I ordered my 14yr daughter the Harbor Blue for Christmas and she freaking loves it! The color is so vibrant, not ashy looking at all. The zipper is a very heavy duty one. The handles and strap is durable. Marc Jacobs did an outstanding job on the stitching as well. It also seems easy to clean. THIS BAG GAVE ALL IT WAS SUPPOSE TO GIVE…GREAT BUY.

Love that it has a zipper to close, as many totes do not. The interior is PU, I think, but that's not bad as it's an easy-to-wipe material. The metal bulb you insert in different hole positions is located near the middle of the strap, and can press uncomfortably into my back when I crossbody. Between soft blush pink and mauve color.- Comes with Marc Jacobs dust bag.- Decent price- Can fit an iPad mini, 1 plastic water bottle, and the rest of your items.Cons:- Since it is a tote bag, it does not full zip up to seal the entire bag. Top of the bag only covers like 75% closure so there is risk of items falling through the cracks of the left and right side of the zipper.- The long zipper's magnetic end piece is leveled EXACTLY at the same spot where the right crossbody strap is. If the long zipper's end is tucked outside at the magnetic stripe, both pieces will physically get in the way of each other. I started a new job and wanted an everyday work tote. I was so excited to start wearing it. There are several issues I have with it. It’s impossible to keep organized. The shoulder straps are tight so it’s hard to keep on your shoulder when you’re walking into work with a bunch of stuff in it. My biggest concern was the fact that it picks up lint like crazy. Im constantly using a lint roller to keep it looking clean. That was the last straw for me. I am so irritated because it was pricey. I will be returning. I hope this helps others. It may work for some people but definitely not for me.
I got this tote to replace a backpack that I didn't want to carry at a conference. So happy I did! This tote is easy to carry by the shoulder strap or top handles. It is large and fits a lot. On one hand, I thought it would be nice if it had a divider, but at the end of my trip, I stuffed a hoodie inside of it, and I was glad it could fit something so bulky.I got a million compliments on it too! From the airport, to hotel elevators, to women at the conference carrying the standard business woman back bag.I am so happy I made this purchase. It's not going to be my everyday bag (I typically carry something smaller), but believe me, this tote is going on EVERY future work trip and probably any future trips for fun too!
Bought the leather tote online The leather came with creases and blister (peels). Had to go in-store (2 different stores) twice to get an exchange. Unfortunately, on both occasions, all the bags had same issues. Seriously?! Such a shame a branded bag has such poor quality. Made a complaint online and came back with a disappointing reply that they can't do any colour exchange as their system doesn't allow but they can only get the bag checked with 6 week wait. However there is no guarantee I can get the bag if the default cannot be rectified. That wasn't an option for me as I needed a bag urgently, hence I made a third trip in-store for a refund. Such a hassle for a bag! Definitely not choosing Marc Jacobs again

I was originally concerned about this bag because of its canvas material, but, I’ve had it for about a month and it has not gotten dirty yet. I have the olive color. It is really sturdy. It has very thick straps that are able to support a lot of weight. It is very comfortable to wear and is not rigid or stiff at all. It has an incredible amount of space on the inside. It also has a couple of pockets and a zipper pouch. I use this to fit personal items, as well as a 13 inch laptop in a case. There is still ample room to fit an item of clothing such as a sweater.
