I absolutely love this purse! The thick strap and box-y bag add impact to every outfit. I bought online before ever seeing in person and was worried about the size and what it would hold. It is smallish for a day purse and huge for an evening bag. I can fit my phone, lip stick, mini marc jacobs wallet/cardholder with room for keys or something else small. It is a struggle, but not impossible to get my soft ray ban sunglass case in one side. I just bought a second snap shot in another color from Nordstrom and the functional tote at the Marc Jacob store. The interchangeable straps make these bags fun and versatile. I even started using my probably vintage Marc Jacob bag with the new straps. Love u Marc Jacobs.

I love this bag. And have had it just over a year. I don’t use it often due to it being expensive and have kept it safe in its dust bag when not used. I noticed the zip pull had fell off in my bedroom and looked at the zip which had completely snapped and broken. Very said because it was out of the 1 year warranty that they couldn’t help and wouldn’t do anything about this. Do not recommend.

When I first saw the bag, I was absolutely thrilled; the bag's exterior exudes 'chic' and matches with almost everything I have in my wardrobe. The large strap is fashionable and alleviates the pain I usually have on my shoulders from using purses, and there are several pockets for me to put items in. The zippers are also very smooth. However, there is one thing that vexes me. Most phones that have come out in recent years are about about 5.5 to 6.5 inches long, so when I tried putting my phone in one of the pockets I expected it to fit. Unfortunately it did not. So, while this bag is perfect for outings and will fit with anything you wear, I would recommend using this bag for a 'light' nights out.

It is a very cute purse. The color and and quality are devine, unfortunately it is very small and compartments are slim and tight. This is a bag that you can only put a slim small wallet, your phone and keys and maybe a lipstick. I promise, nothing else will fit.
I was looking for a small, black crossbody with black hardware and thought this would be the perfect bag. Looks wise, it’s perfect. However, it is super small, much smaller than the regular Snapshot and pricier. I can’t get much at all in the bag so it’s more for looks than function. It is also made out of a stiffer material, so there’s not much give or the ability to fill with items. Not sure if I will keep it considering the price. I wish Marc Jacobs would make an all black bag in the larger size. That would be perfect!
I am overall satisfied with the product that I had purchased, however it did not come in a Marc Jacob’s box or dust bag. I had bought the item as a gift and so it was a little disappointing when I was unable to present the gift with no more than the item in a clear plastic bag. I am overall satisfied with my purchase and it was well received.

Bought this for my niece as a birthday present and within the last 3 month this so called designer hand bag has fallen apartI have bought two large priced items. From every the tables I bought I had to throw away as they became dangerously unusable because they fell apart and this hand bag is the same and all very can do is refer me to third parties that take so much time till it’s impossible to save anything’sWill not shop with very or recommend very to any friends
Purchased for my teenage daughter who loves this style purse. Unfortunately, I had to exchange the bag twice within months of each other due to it's faulty zipper pull tab constantlybreaking off. Each time employees in store told me that this is a constant issue with this particular make & model purse. On the 3rd time breaking, I was told that I am outside of my exchange window & was told by the sales representative instore that I should contact the manufacturer. My daughter still loves the bag but she is disappointed that this keeps happening. I will reach out to the manufacturer but I have no hope that this issue will be remedied with replacement or repair. My daughter says that bag's name "DTM" stands for "Doing Too Much" & I agree.
I purchased two purses for my granddaughters ages 16 & 13. My 13yo ask for it first for a back to school to purse to carry her phone and personals, I was hesitant bc of the cost and her age. Instead I bought her “The Tote Bag”. Then my 16yo asked for the same purse weeks later, I gave it more thought and purchased 2 bags. The purses are beautiful & sturdy with the right amount of space they need to have in a purse for there ages, plus the crossbody straps is the right width that complement the purse perfectly. Both of my granddaughters love the purses. For teenagers this is a must have that will last for years to come. Well worth the money..
