First off, thank you Consiglio's for my wonderful package! I ordered it on Wednesday and came Friday morning! sadly im far away from my favourite store but im so thankful for the quick delivery and secure packing! This machine...if you don't have it...GET IT! Wow! It makes a world of a difference when making fresh pasta! it's sturdy and heavy duty! I had to replace mine (it was Remi Oliver) it was very cheaply made and I simply couldn't stand it anymore. This machine has so many thickness levels, and the thinest setting is even thinner than paper! It's easy to wipe(dry) clean, easy to store it's absolutely perfect! I ordered it with the ravioli attachment, I wanted to make a big batch so I can freeze and have easy dinners/lunches when I need it, it too is so ... MoreFirst off, thank you Consiglio's for my wonderful package! EXCELLENT! You get plumpy double-bellied ravioli, not the boring flat type you get with a ravioli plate. The ravioli plate is good if you include a chunky piece like, say, a piece of portobello, for instance. Not valid with the ravioli roller. My critic: The manual is hopeless, they do not explain you have to exert some force to 1) Remove the top V white tray as I call it and 2) apply force also to open the dents/teeth below for easy cleaning. This is not explained. They click into and out of place. So for a start you are afraid to damage the ravioli maker. I'd put a 1 for the manual! Seriously! My suggestions: Not easy to make a pasta strip of the right width, so superpose 2 pasta strips at more or less (a little more, since more will compress it to the right ... MoreEXCELLENT! My suggestions: Not easy to make a pasta strip of the right width, so superpose 2 pasta strips at more or less (a little more, since more will compress it to the right width, is better than a little bit less) and roll them through side by side. You'll get your proper width. I feel this is the most difficult part. Frankly. Make sure the mixture is very smooth (same for the ravioli rolling pin). You don't want a whole walnut in there!. By the way the rolling pin is very good but you need to apply pressure, my kitchen bench is high and I need to stand on a small stool due to my size. So not ideal for me! Do not overload it, go easy and it will be fine, push down your smooth mixture with the end of the white spoon provided, gently, so that the ravioli maker will grab the filling. You'll have made sure you have a binding agent such as egg yolk in the mixture. Make sure that the two strips of pasta do not slide side ways, because the side ravioli will be open, so watch out and slide it into place if necessary. Which means you have to proceed slowly with the handle. DO NOT DO what I did, the second time, I forgot to put the V top part on the top before rolling the ravioli. Oh my! I got 18 ravioli instead of 36! Hahaha! If you mess up a bit -like stuffing left in the system after the end of rolling the ravioli, mix the cheapest flour with water, pass it through, it will grab any left over stuffing item. Do that several times and the ravioli rolls will be spot clean. Then use that to include in your next __ ravioli bread. No waste! Train with cheap ingredients like egg free pasta and purթe and cornflour stuffing, so you can laugh it out. Be patient. If you rush you'll fail. But I managed to be successful at the very 1st time. So I say, brilliant attachment! So far I've tried on thickness 5 but next I'll try on 6. All for now!

First time making pasta. This pasta maker was so easy to use. Highly recommend
We recently bought additional attachments to our Marcato atlas 150 pasta press. Consiglio’s Kitchenware was speedy in filling and shipping the order! It arrived within a few days, packed securely in environmentally friendly foam peanuts (made with plant starch, compostable). The Marcato pasta press attachments work splendidly with our Marcato press purchased a few years ago.Jennifer
I can't review this product as I did not use it. I had a relative provide me with their Kitchenaid Ravioli maker which was what I was originally looking for.
Love it! Well made and attaches easily. Easy to use. I have never been disappointed by any of their products.
I haven't used the ravioli maker yet so I can't really give a complete review. I make pastas and noodles more in the fall and winter months. I purchased it now because I've waited a long time for this attachment to be back in stock. Last year I waited too long and the attachment was quickly sold out.
Can't fault the build quality. My issues are, the pockets are not fully filled, unless I continually press the filling down. Some of the pouches dont seel and the process takes me longer. Thanks Paul
It looks amazing, but it is too early to give a review as I have not used it yet. Nevertheless, I love my Marcato Atlas 150 pasta maker, which I have been using for year and years, and I have no doubt that I will love using this Ravioli attachment. The Marcato quality is very good, and I would strongly recommend their products
I was pleasantly surprised to feel how heavy this little tool is. Clearly it is built with longevity in mind - something you don’t see often anymore. I’m glad to see that this pasta maker will last generations in our family.
