Creates excellent serrated edges which we've used mostly to giver a nice edge to ravioli parcels using just the centre wheel. I'm sure it can do much more. Very good quality although quite a lot of money for what it is.

The idea that you can cut several strips of your pasta to various widths simultaneously seems like a good time saver.Unfortunately, this product is poor.As you press down on the cutter to enable it to roll across your pasta sheet, the plastic handle bends and comes adrift from the axle that the cutters are fixed to. Furthermore, the pasta sheet tends to curl around the cutters as you progress, making it tricky to use.1 star. Shame, as Marcato products are in general excellent quality.

To be blunt, this product is completely junk. When you try to cut noodles with all 9 rollers, the dough rolls up into all the rollers and becomes balled up and stuck between the rollers. It is a nightmare to clean the dough out of the rollers due to the intricacy of the cutting edges. Furthermore, even when the dough is very thin, you have to apply moderate pressure to cut all the way through, and this pressure causes the weak plastic arms supporting the roller assembly to spread open, allowing the roller assembly to fall out of the plastic arms. In summary, this pasta cutter completely fails the advertised function, due to ill-conceived design and poor quality materials.
Quality product. Makes pasta cutting a breeze and so easy to create professional looking evenly cut portions. Fantastic love my Marcato Pasta Bike!
Simple and effective for cutting pasta from ravioli . Easy to adjust, easy to clean
If you've bought the pasta machine and flour sprinkler then you need this as well. There is just enough space on the rack to accommodate the recommended mix in the book ie 5 eggs plus flour.Works really well especially the wand which is just the right shape
