Unfortunately, this product totally disappointed me. I have bleached hair and used the refresher as described. I could only see a very subtle "strawberry" tint. The result was not satisfactory for me, so I cannot recommend this product and will not be buying it again.

In and of itself certainly a good hair mask. For me personally but not suitable. Unfortunately, it has the orangigen Sich, which I actually wanted to mitigate even stronger! Also, the hair, much rather dry out, owohl I have used after the application, in addition, a nourishing conditioner. Am now switched to Loreal Milkshake Tönung, although I wanted my hair, not additionally strain... But has worked wonderfully, and the orange tone is almost gone.

Really good product toner stays to the hair perfectly after several washes. First toner I’ve used that brightens up my hair aswell as generally lifting the colour.

Great stuff! Make sure you wear gloves, gave my average brown hair lovely dark bright red tones. I have used it on towel dry and dry hair and left for 15-20mins.I have found it comes off my skin easily enough (around hair line) but when I forgot the gloves second time I had red hands for two days 😆Recommended. Hair feels conditioned and shiny, smells lovely too.
Really wanted this product to work for me after reading all the positive reviews. I'm a dark brunette with long hair nearly to the navel, of which 1/3 is bolayage. Alongside the usaul Olaplex buy, this product came up in a search for toners and ideally it would tame the orange in the bleached part of my hair. Was hoping the bottom bleached, porous hair would take at least some pigment but after two attempts, following the instructions, and then applying to dry hair and leaving in longer than stated, sadly it's made no change to my hair.
Absolutely loved it. After visiting the hairdresser 3 times this toner has given me the colour I've been wanting. It's lovely ashy grey colour. It doesn't dry the hair either.I would highly recommend it if you want to tone down those brassy colour and get that beautiful grey. It has a tiny bit of lilac tinge however it's very subtle.I loved it.
Unfortunately rather than neutralising the brassy tones to a more ashy hue as the colour swatches indicated, my hair took on a more 'ginger' tone. Luckily it washed out with one shampoo.Not saying it's a bad product but it didn't work for me.
Dyes the hair pink. Washes out again after 2-3 times.Find it convenient because it goes so quickly and no gloves are necessary.One star deduction because you do not get the bottle empty without cutting it open
