I purchased my outdoor seater a few weeks ago and put it together without any problems. It’s beautiful in design and very solid no wobble’s whatsoever. I love it!

I bought this for our back garden. We were looking for cast iron benches but they quite expensive. Saw this online at a great price and decided to give it a go. It is lovely, has a great look, definitely feels a little more flimsy than I would have liked, but for the price does the job. Have not had it long so can't comment on longevity.
This was sold to me in a damaged box. Holes for screws on the frame were in the wrong place which caused the slats to be crooked. I had to varnish with two coats because of the poor quality finish of the wood. Would not recommend this product.
The man assembling my bench pointed out that the back and inbetween the slates are not varnished - so not water proof. So to protect my outdoor furniture, I am going to have to match the stain & varnish ($$)
Bought it yesterday as it states holds up to 240kgMy daughter and I sat on it together - we weigh a total of say 125kg- I think it would break holding more than 150kg - as slats started to bend did not feel sturdy enough to like liking only time will tell.If it breaks, I’m returning for a full refund.
Nice bench that looks good in the garden also. Easy to put together. Gave it a couple of coats of clear varnish to hopefully add to its life. Not the most comfortable for sitting too long on ,but great for the price and does the job.
Bought one today - can't honestly say I would buy another (even though we need another). Not impressed by standard of the screws and bolts supplied - they appear to be very cheap metal, are not galvanised nor stainless steel, and two screw heads sheered off before the screws were fully in, even though I had drilled 10mm deep pilot holes of the right size to accommodate the screws supplied. I suspect I'll be needing to replace all screws, bolts, washers, and nuts with stainless steel as this item will be sitting on our new deck, exposed to everything Wellington can throw at it.
Looks great! However not very sturdy at all! After assembly I placed it in desired spot( on flat concrete ) and sat in the middle of the bench only for it to creek like the timber was going to snap. I only weigh 80kgs and was disappointed that it couldn’t support my weight. It’s now down the back as an ornament and have invested in a cast iron seat instead.Looks great, not practical.
