This is a solid state amp, but it has a very warm sound. Someone very competent has gone to a lot of trouble to make it sound like a valve amp. An unbelievable piece of engineering for a modest price.
Got this for a practice amp at a great price but its good enough to gig with. I love it
Great Sounding Amp for 15W. A very durable amp as well for a Marshall, considering I play in different places frequently. Plus, if you just a great little starter amp, then this is great.
Great amp for the beginner
Works well for my use. I needed a small amp for home. I agree with others that it is best on clean sound. You can`t beat it for the money!
The amp, especially in overdrive mode, is very noisy, distractingly so. I just wanted a practice amp that would work for quietly playing in my home office but the noice is really too much.
Needed a practice amp & this is perfect. Easy to use with nice tone. Small footprint is great.
