From arrival, this was a very good customer experience. The packaging is attractive and protects the speaker, and the enclosed manual is simple but adequate to get the unit up and running. In fact, the controls are intuitive enough that I didn't really need a manual at all. Build quality has held up after a couple of weeks of use - everything feels solid. This speakers combines the great classic Marshall's design and the latest technology. Sound is nice and clear. Power is great. You can use Bluetooth to connect the speaker to your phone. The process is super easy (using the Marshalls Bluetooth app available in the App Store). It took me ten seconds to do it. Or you can connect to your old cassette or stereo using a 3.5 m audio cable.

Excellent sound quality, easy to use, good compact size. Looks very slick and smart. Only criticism is it does not have wireless option like other current competitors

This speaker is absolutely fantastic. I can't believe how good the sound quality is, from such a compact speaker. The bass is impeccable and you can hear every part of the music beautifully. The sound fills my kitchen space and helps my family and I to immerse ourselves in the music. I wouldn't be without it and will be buying speakers for the other rooms in my house. If you like good quality music, and very stylish high-end items, this is certainly the speaker for you!
