An excellent addition to the Marvel Champions LCG. Two mechanically unique heroes in Bishop and Magik and five interesting new scenarios. I love how customisable this game is compared to previous FFG LCGs and how you don't need to purchase anything or in any particular order. The highlights of this box include Standard III -a slight variation on standard play that allows the nemesis sets to be involved more frequently - And Apocalypse which feels like they have improved upon the design of, the popular, Hela encounter (Mad Titan's Shadow) to create one of the best scenarios in this now very expansive game. The new expansion is really great don’t be turned down by the title of the review. The box comes fully packed with a lot of awesome cards that will enhance without a doubt your collection. Both new heroes are top tier and the villains are very fun to play against. The only downside pf the expansion is the new mission dynamic that slows down every scenario without providing a huge benefit for the players. That’s reason why the campaign is not that engaging.
