This is awesome!I have to say it, but it has a serious beef style stock flavour without actually being real beef and can flavours most things such as soups, gravies, sauces. This vegetable powder is fantastic!I use it to give flavour to most things, such as stews, soups sauces gravies etc.. It is as good as, if not better than some reputable brands especially as this is natural without any nasties in it and goes a long way. Thanks
I love this massel's boullion powder. I have been buying from Amazon, then found Broadway candy themselves. It is cheaper here but also I want to support the actual business. I cook vegan but sometimes I find it difficult to flavour or season my meals. Enter this chicken seasoning. I have used it for vegan pies, seitan, tofu as well as other dishes and it really gives it flavour and brings life to my meals. I also use the other beef, and vegetable flavours as well. I am not sure how I would survive without these. I will be using this company for other items as well, as they are eficient with the shipping. Thanks
Tried many different vegan stock and this brand is by far the best. Very concentrated a little goes a far way.
