Of all the Shavers I have owned over the years, this Braun Series 8 model 8330S is by far the worst of the last 30 years. It drags over the face when shaving and is uncomfortable to use. It is clunky and noisy and sounds as if parts are loose. The foil release is difficult to use and seems to be out of adjustment. It takes several attempts to get the foil out and back in. I have a Braun Series 5 shaver which is superior to this Series 8. I plan to return this shaver because it is either a defective product or because it is does not perform as claimed. I would not recommend this product.

I waited a month hoping, that what I was told from the Parramatta salesman "the quality of the shave will improve, my face will adjust!!! - it did happen. I stretch my skin in all direction but I need to complete the shave wit the gillette march3 to cut what was uncut and the sand paper result from the S8.CAN I RETURN IT?

Given the one-pass video promo, the much higher price and the explanation of how much better it would work with the higher revs, I expected the 8 Series would be better than it is. It does require less passes than the 3 Series though.

Great shacer and shaves really close. It is good for 3 day growth and works well
Why I didn't buy an electric shaver sooner I don't know! This is much more convienient, no mess, no cuts and a smooth face! Takes a couple passes to get it smooth but happy with this shaver!
I had a Braun razor for many years but the battery life was reducing and power was down. I had been happy with it so I looked at new Braun models for a replacement.I am extremely happy with this model - quick to charge, long lasting and a close shave. The turnaround time from order to arrival of the item was very short.Overall, very happy with this from Shavershop.
Excellent particularly now it has the pro trimmer which is much better for trimming than the previous curved version it's probably if you can get like a 9 series pro with the charging case and the cleaning centre as they all marry up use the series 9 if you haven't shaven for 4 or 5 days then the 8513s for quick shaves like 2 or 3 days I got both shavers half price both are easy to clean I use a small paint brush then every 2 weeks I put both of them in the cleaning machine which seams to work I have practically gotten a face like a Babbies skin truthfully only time will tell how long the Blades last at I assume after around 4 years u will need a new battery which u can have replaced probably for a good price but these must be the 2 Best shavers on the Market I assume

My old Braun shaver (7505) I bought in 2006 and has done good service, but the transformer in the charger lead seems to have broken and the head needed replacing so I decided it was time to replace it. This new one feels lovely in the hand, and does a good shave. The service was terrific. I ordered it about Monday lunchtime, and received it about Wednesday lunchtime. Thank you
Bought 1 month ago and it hasn't disappointed . Nice close shave , plenty of charge and eazy use of cleaning/charging station . I have a very thick beard hair and it cuts it with eaz with no pulling . Well worth the money .
