It does the job as described and gets ripping hot. Couldn’t be happier!

Very happy with this kitchen torch. Flame is far larger and hotter than my previous scanpan one. Well designed, sturdy materials. So far very happy. Tip: only use good quality butane for this torch. Im using a 5 x refined butane called Hot Devil. Can get it at super cheap auto for $8
I use this item to shrink heat wrap for electrical connections on automotive electrical repairs. The extra size and heat output, shrinks the rubber quickly and evenly, without burning. Consider one of these instead of the smaller weaker automotive ones sold.
