They only had one pair on display in Hawaii but told me they would place the order online for me and that I would get a brand new (not display) shipped to me. I agreed. They ended up shipping from my local Tommy Bahama's off of their display rack.

These are great looking sunglasses and I have been a diehard MJ sunglasses wearer for a long time, but these don’t really live up to my high expectations. They feel more lightweight/fragile that my last three pairs, and because the lens portion of the frame tilts somewhat, they rest a bit on my cheeks which prior styles have not. I’m also concerned they won’t last nearly as long because I have one small scratch on the lens in the first week of owning them, thought they always live in their case and I haven’t dropped them or damaged them in any way.

I have macular degeneration and I do a lot of gardening. With regular sunglasses I see turquoise everywhere after I go inside from working outside. No turquoise anymore with these. An eye saver!The Blue Hawaii lens is awesome. the colors are very vibrant and real. Love them! I’ve owned multiple pairs of Maui Jim’s over the years and will always choose them over any other brand. My wife and I have other top rated sunglass brands sitting around the house, but each time we need a pair as we run out the door, it’s always a pair of Maui Jim’s. Like the old credit card commercial tag line, “Don’t leave home without it.” My newest pair is the Kaiwi Channel model and they have truly lived up to my expectations, as well as the reviews I read while making my decision to purchase. You know a great thing when you find it — these are it!
I have many pairs of Maui Jims but these are my favorite. I originally bought the Blue frame with blue lenses. Loved them so much I got a custom set with the Maui Sunrise lense. Maui Jim has always had amazing polarized lenses and these are no exception. Great glasses MJ!

These sunglasses fit well and look good. I got the lava red lenses, and they're awesome. Outstanding clarity. They add warmth to your view, but not as much as I was expecting, which is good. Plus, they look totally cool. The frames seem sturdy, but they're not as heavy as say, the Barrier Reef. Can't really say anything bad about these shades. If MJ made them with the green lenses, I'd pick up a pair of them, as well. They're not cheap, but you get what you pay for.
I have had about seven pairs of Maui Jim sunglasses. The first was a pair that preceded even the old Cyclones--maybe 20 years ago? It had substantial frames, which I think MJ has moved away from for lighter ones.But of my options, I looked hard at these: super thin lens are the sharpest; burgundy frame looks black (a plus); flex hinges are tight (being able to push them back on my head is a must); nose pads are comfy. Wish the virtual try on feature was still available. That would have made my decision happen faster.
Very nice. These really look and feel great. They frames feel very well designed too. They snap open and closed, and there is no wiggle in the hinges. I’m coming from Costas and Oakleys. These are far superior in every way possible.Also, I am very happy with the blue frames. They are semi transparent in bright light so they look pretty cool with the darker lines.
I honestly wish I could give zero stars. I bought these back in February and waited to give my review. The clarity is the best feature but only because they offer basically no protection from the sun. I’m often blinded with these. I’ve had cheap shades that offer way more protection and ability to see in sunlight. The other thing is they fog…constantly. I’ve never had sunglasses that fog on me. This was my first MJ pair and I wish I could return them. Won’t be buying another. Not worth the price.
