I was so happy to receive the Maui moisture heal hydrate + shea butter conditioner. I have been dying to test it out for a while but never got the chance to get it. I can start by saying it smells amazing!!! It worked very well on my thick, coarse, long hair. It was very easy to detangle my hair in the shower with the Maui moisture conditioner in. This conditioner was also very easy to rinse out. It did not leave my hair feeling heavy or oily but left me with very soft and shiny hair! I would definitely recommend this product to someone with a lot of hair, curly hair, and a sensitive scalp. I'm looking forward to using this product again.

This review will be similar along with the Maui Shampoo Excepting for conditioners instead. If i was on vacation or needed a last minute conditioner i would go with maui just because i know their product list is sulphate free. But as a black girl i couldn’t keep it as a washday routine my hair didn’t absorb anything good from it, and it not on off those product that’s slick enough for you to brush out your curls in the shower. Just like the shampoo counterpart it gave my hair a dry feeling, i couldn’t run my fingers or a comb through it to fully coat my hair to be confident enough that its doing its job. I have thick wavy semi- frizzy dry natural red hair. I currently am keeping it at shoulder length to make it easier to maintain. I typically wash it once a week because my hair doesn’t get oily fast. I do look for hydrating products or add oils to my hair to give it a boost. I did struggle getting the conditioner out of the bottle, I had to slam it on my hand several times. I received these products free from Influenster and Maui in exchange for my honest review. I usually stick to HeadShoulders, any other shampoo/conditioner would make my scalp itch or feel oily. I’d been using a lot of products recently and my hair was feeling really dry. I’d used my other shampoo and it still felt dry. I used the Maui shampoo and conditioner. My hair feels soft but not slimy. My waves are back and the frizz is to a minimum. It’s smells really good but not too strong. My scalp is not itchy or oily. Very pleased with the products.

i LOVED THIS!! i have (well had! not anymore) dry, frizzy hair that gets tangled easily, especially in the shower. used this on my scalp (yes my hair is THAT dry.) and ends in the shower, and it was so nice and luxurious. i didnt even need to use a hand brush/detangling brush because my hair immediately straightened up in the shower just using my fingers for a few seconds. my hair also felt SO moisturized afterwards, literally so soft. i loved this so much, it didnt make my hair oily, it locked in enough moisture to give me the hair i actually desired from a hair product. will never use any other conditioners unless they can give me a whole new head of hair like this one does!!! i definitely recommend.

I was not familiar with this brand and was a bit worried before trying this on my 4C hair. I was amazed with the results and I mean this ( my expectations were very low). I love anything with Shea butter especially since I use authentic raw Shea butter on my hair regular. This product helped hydrate my hair ( it was very dry due to the current weather) and my coils felt and looks replenished and healthier. The shine in my hair was restored and the scent was subtle yet divine ( especially the coconut 🥥 oil). I was glad to see that it was free of harmful ingredients and chemicals. All in all, I am impressed and will probably purchase from this company in the future!

I’m going to start with the only positive thing I found with this product. It smells great. That’s it. After using the shampoo my hair felt nasty. Very dry. So I thought maybe the conditioner will fix that. Nope! But before I get into that, I had such trouble getting some out of the brand new bottle. It was too thick or concentrated. I had to call my husband to squeeze the bottle with both hands to get some out to try. I was very disappointed when I finally put in on my hair. It made my hair look and feel dry. I’m not sure if anyone else had a similar experience squeezing some out or if it was just my batch or bottle. For reference I have fine hair, shoulder length, a lot of it.

My hair is a mixture of curly and coily when product is on it or water. I was really shocked at the results of using this vegan conditioner. I noticed that my hair didn’t have that dry feeling when I was washing it with the conditioner. When I looked at my hair is was the curliest it has ever been after a wash only. It was super soft when I finished my wash and my hair smelt great. It was also easier to style my hair considering that my hair is very thick and I have shrinkage a lot. Overall 8/10 !!!

The conditioner has a medium, creamy consistency, and the same delicious pina colada scent as the rest of the products in this line. In terms of application, the shea butter conditioner has great slip, making detangling easy. After using this conditioner, my hair felt very hydrated, healthy, and bouncy.
